1 vanilla bean, split lenthwise
2 cups granulated sugar
In a jar with a lid, bury 1 vanilla bean, split lengthwise, in 2 cups granulated sugar. Seal tightly and let mixture sit for at least 1 week. Use as you would regular sugar . Must try in your coffee yummmm.
