"Morning." Seth says sleepily and snuggles up beside me, his nose in the crook of my neck.

"Morning, baby."

"Happy birthday" He plants a kiss on my cheek before throwing the covers off and brushing his teeth.

"Yeah, 'happy'. Turning seventeen just means two more years." I stand and stretch before untying the silk robe. Last night we spent the night at my house.

"Well your birth is something to celebrate." He says before kissing me.

"If it helps you sleep at night." I kiss his nose and pull away, pulling on my shorts and a v-neck.

"So what should I get you for your birthday?" He asks, running his hand through his bedhead.

"Nothing. You are my present." I sit on the bed beside him.

"So before or after school?" He smirks.

"I meant it in a nonsexual way!" I hit his strong arm and my stomach hitches as he flexes. "But is both an option?" I ask and he smiles.

"Anything is an option when it comes to you." He whispers.

"Cat, I made you a birthday breakfast!" My mom says, knocking on the door.

I open the door enough to step past it. "Thanks mom. I'll be in there in a minute. Just have to brush my teeth."  I give her a small smile before shutting the door behind me.

I straddle Seth and kiss his neck. I pull away so he can shed his shirt and I bite my lip. A vibration reaches my chest. "Are you purring? You've never purred before." Seth has an amused grin.

I smash my lips into his and run my hands across his back. The tv turns to silence, telling me he stopped time. He puts his hands on my waist, his fingers falling onto the bruises. "You know I love you, but we can't. But later I have a suprise." A twinkle plays in his eyes as he speaks.

"I can't wait S.B" I disappear after a quick kiss, appearing in front of the school with a white tantop covered by a plaid vest. It's pretty much just Seth's shirt unbuttoned with the sleeves cut out. My white jean shorts go to my mid thigh and are really tight along with the tank top.

I remember my mom's breakfast and appear in the kitchen. "Hey, honey. Happy birthday." She hands me a green box with a pruple ribbon.

"Mom, you shouldn't have." I sit down on the egg chairs implanted in the floor.

"I wanted to. I knew you would like them."

"Them?"

"One is for later. Your party. Just that this one is small." She gives me a small smile. I untie the bow to find a pair of hipster glasses, a pair of thin suspenders, and a white touch screen camera. I gasp and hug her. I suddenly pull away.

"Wait. How did you pay for this?" I ask, eyes wide.

"Relax. I got a bonus. I found two hundered extra dollars on my check this month, and I knew it was going to be a great year for you."

I hug her again. "Thanks, mom." I take off the vest after pulling away and put on the black suspenders. I slide on the glasses and figure out they're perscriped. "Mom, you got me real glasses!" I exclaim. I've been needing them for over a year, being near sighted, but she told me that she would give them to me when we had money. My heart swells as I hug her again, getting out the camera. I turn it on and put my face next to hers, taking a pciture smiling. I kiss her cheek and take another, telling her they are going on Facebook. I hurry to eat breakfast so I can make it to school on time, still getting ajusted to glasses. After finishing my bacon, eggs and toast, I appear infont of school. Seth stands next to me and smiles.
