Sad Teens with Happy Faces

Chapter 1 - Before

Okay, so not to sure where to start. I have seriously just been staring at this blank page for hours wondering where to start. Well, I guess I'll just tell you about when I was a young child, always a good place to start. (Also you should know that this book is more for me than anyone else.)

   I was happy. Everyone I met fell in love with me. You know those sweet little kids that are just little angels? That was me! I had so much confidence I could do anything I wanted. I was even the star of a show that had more than 2000 people there! I wasn't afraid of anything. I could make friends with anyone, anywhere. Elementary school was great. (grades 1-4) I was one of the most popular girls in school. Everyone was my friend, and everyone loved me. I was never bullied (at the time) and nobody ever made fun of me. I had great marks in every subject. I was very active-I did karate every Monday and Wednesday and jujitsu every Tuesday and Thursday. Friday was swimming lessons and Sunday was piano lessons. I was happy with all the sports I did. I was never stressed out and I always had lots of energy. One of my favourite people in the world was my grandpa. I always wanted to be like him. He did so much with me, (and my little brother) he took us to fairs,football games,skating rinks. He was the "perfect grandpa".

                   I was happy.
