Chapter 11

Olivia's POV

"GET UP OLIVIA IT'S TIME TO GO TO SOUND CHECK!" Louis's voice yelled through a mega phone. Jolting awake, I glared at Louis who was standing in the door way with the mega phone.

"Why are you getting me up to go to sound check Lo?" I asked, before yawning.

"Because...you will just have to see when you get there!" he laughed, before he left my room. Sighing, I went and did all of my normal morning routines and picked out a pair of blue jeans, and a red plaid t-shirt. Putting on a bandanna, I sighed before going to the kitchen where all the boys were.

"There you are! Hurry and eat something quick, because we have to go." Liam rushed, before he started eating. I wasn't really hungry, so I just skipped breakfast.

We all pilled into the limo, before we were off to go do sound check. When we got there, we were quickly ushered inside so the boys weren't seen. They led the boys back stage, while I just went and took a seat out in the seats. When I saw them come out, they were all carrying a microphone, and Niall was carrying a guitar. Harry was the first to speak, and he looked right at me.

"If we could have Olivia Floyd come onto the stage please." he asked, making me pull my eyebrows together in confusion. Making my way to the stage, I got on with a smile on my face in confusion.

"What's going on guys?" I asked, laughing a little. They needed to concentrate on sound check, since there concert was tonight.

"Well Liv, we pulled some strings with management and they have agreed for you to be our opening act!" Louis said excitingly. My mouth fell open in shock as I looked at all five boys in shock.

"No no no, I can't preform before One Direction! Nobody will like me!" I tried to convince them, making them all laugh...even Niall.

"Are you kidding Olivia? You have one of the most beautiful voices in the world!" Niall reassured me, making me blush. This was one of the first times that Niall has ever talked to me without being forced, let alone saying something nice.

"Thank you Niall, but I have nothing prepared! What am I suppose to sing?" I asked, raising my eyebrow.

"You can sing anything you want!" Harry said with a wide grin on his face, showing his dimples. "Please Olivia, this would mean a lot to us." Harry pleaded, sticking out his upper lip.

"Fine, since it will mean a lot to you guys. How many songs do I sing?" I asked, making Louis rush up and hug me tight.

"Thank you thank you Olivia, and you just have to sing three songs. Management wants one of those to be a slow, one to be a fast, and the other of your choice!" He told me, making me sigh. Well, how was I going to decided?

---TIME LAPS TO 5 MINUTES BEFORE THE CONCERT---

"Ok Olivia, you are on in five. There is a piano out there and a guitar out there for you." a guy with a clipboard and head set said before he went off and did something else.

The boys were out on stage warming up the crowd, it was so loud when one of them would ask a question. Sighing, I tried to listen as I looked out onto the stage.

"Ok everyone, we have a friend with us traveling with us for the summer and we heard her singing last night. She is amazing, and we have got her to come and be our opening act for the tour. So here is the amazing and our good friend Olivia Floyd!" Louis introduced, before I started shockingly walking onto the stage. The lights blinded me, but I tired to keep them open the best I could. Walking up to the microphone that was center stage, I cleared my throat before talking.

"Hello everyone! First before I start singing, I want to thank everyone that could make this happen, and I want to thank my new friend Harry, Louis, Liam, Zayn, and Niall for supporting this. If this doesn't go well, then you boys are going to be for blame. Now, I want to warn you guys that I am singing country songs, but I will try my best to get ya'll to like me and my sining. Thank you." I smiled, before I grabbed the guitar, and started to play Zac Brown Band's Chicken Fried.
