I still cannot believe that amnesia was the thing that made me remember how much I love her, I think as I hide behind the tree with the engagement ring, ready to propose to her, Romeo style.
I asked for summer's help to plan a surprise engagement. I know how much she loves Romeo and Juliet so she helped me plan a scene to recreate our first meeting. I found out she used to like me so it was a bit awkward at first but she said she got over it as soon as she saw how happy I am with Grace. She also said that when she looks back, she was never really in the running. It was always me and her and she's right. I'm just glad she can help both of us be happy.
Grace p.o.v
My relationship with Summer was tested in the days after Brad asked me to be his girlfriend as she was annoyed that I had never told her how I felt about Brad. She said she was hurt the most because she would have backed off and let me be happy. It took many days and boxes of chocolates to convince her that I meant nothing by it and she eventually got over it and raged with me about Midge.
Oh by the way, I told her about Midge and what happened to me that night. Something I've never told anyone besides Brad and now our relationship is stronger than ever. I'm on my way to meet her right now. The address she gave me leads me through a narrow street full of trees though. It looks really scary, especially in the night. But it is fine because I have my pepper spray handy in case anybody should pop out from behind the scary looking trees.
