Chapter six

Ash's POV
There was a smash. We all jumped someone was in the house Lachlan hid behind Mitch. " Hey who's there" Jason shouted. The sound of footsteps got louder and louder until. Preston fucking arsement was standing in front of us. A knife in his hand his frags mode was on clearly. He glared at us gripping the knife harder " You guys took Ash from me now I take your life" he shouts and pounces on Jason; what a idiot. Lachlan,Jerome and Mitch run into the kitchen hopefully calling nine one one.Ashely kicks him in the side knocking him off Jason. He gets up and stomps on Jason's face knocking him out. He walks over to her still holding the knife. He swings at her but she ducks and crawls under his legs. I grab a lamp and smash it over his head he screams and punches me in the gut twice. I see Jason gain his consciousness and slowly gets up but Preston turns around and stabs Jason in the arm and he twists the knife around Jason's screams get louder he pulls the knife out and laughs. Ashely punches him across the face and he kicks her in the face. He looks over at me and stabs my shoulder he whispers in my ear " sorry darling we will be out of here soon" he pulls the knife out  then looks around for Mitch,Jerome, and Lachlan. I scream and with the last of my strength I jump and kick Preston square in the face knocking him out cold. I hear police sirens and a knock on the door I see Mitch run to go answer it as Lachlan and Ashely help Jason by wrapping a towel around his arm while he's slipping in and out of consciousness. Jerome runs over to me with a white tea towel he wraps my wound up and applies pressure " you'll be okay" he says with a sad smile I weakly smile and he continues until one paramedics come put me on the stretcher. I see Jason's put on one and the world starts to slowly fade.
