Mall Madness- Chapter 6

A/N: I'm sorry that I take forever to update I just haven't had much inspiration lately. Anyways, I hope you enjoy this chapter.

Amethyst's P.O.V.
I spotted Frank? I squinted to see if my eyes were deceiving me but nope. It really was Frank so I walked over to him. "Yo Frank!" I sort of shouted which was unusual since I'm more of a quiet person by nature. He turned his head and looked at me giving me a warm smile. I remembered when we used to talk a lot but we drifted apart once high school started.
~Memory~
"Amethyst, I have to go but I'll catch you later." Frank said leaving me a bit upset. Lately, he had always been ditching me to hang out with his new friends. "I see how it is. You've been ditching me recently, am I not good enough for you? If you don't want to talk to me that's okay Frank. Just don't lie to me..." I sighed and waited for his response but he only hung his head low and scratched the back of his neck. "I see..." I nodded and began to walk away.
~End of Memory~
I felt someone pat my shoulder, Sadie. "You okay there?" She asked and I just nodded, but seeing Frank smile like that really killed my mood. Jey and Sadie just looked at me worriedly so I decided to brighten up the mood. "I'll race you guys to HOT TOPIC." On that note I began running as fast as I could and people were looking at me as if I were insane,

Finally, I had gotten to HOT TOPIC but I was panting, I wasn't the most fit person but I beat Jey and Sadie here so whatever. I looked over to see Jey and Sadie laughing with each other and jogging lightly over to me. Are you kidding me? For some reason I felt my heart ache and I really just wanted to leave already and be by myself.

"You need to chill, you full on ran here." Sadie said laughing so I just played along. "Well it was a race you guys and by the way, you guys failed." I sassed them and walked around the store. I spotted a Bring Me The Horizon pullover and decided to get it. Lately, I had really been listening to their most recent album; they were my go-to band. I helped Sadie pick out a Pierce The Veil shirt but instead she decided to get the tie die ptv hoodie. Jeydon was all on the other side picking out an All Time Low shirt and he was done we went to the Cheshire and paid.

"So you guys want to get some Starbucks because I could go for some coffee." Sadie suggested while looking at Jeydon. I can see you, you know... "Yeah sure!" Jeydon and I both exclaimed while looking at the Starbucks not too far ahead of us. After we got there, I sat down and told Jey what I wanted to have so he went to go wait in line with Sadie. Whatever, they can have their fun.

I rested my head on my arm and looked at my surroundings with a blank expression. Although everything seemed pretty normal I sensed something was a bit off. "BOO!" Someone shouted which caused me to almost fall off my chair. I looked over at who had scared me and it was Frank? "What're you doing here?" I asked, I was really confused, why did he want to talk to me? "Just catching up with an old buddy of mine." Frank said smiling and have me a small wink. I rolled my eyes but I have to admit that was really cute but who did he think he was?

"Well an old buddy of mine has a lot of explaining to do, showing up out of nowhere after years isn't very nice." I said biting my lip and raising my brows letting him know I was upset. "Tess..." He looked down at his lap as if he were ashamed of what he'd done. But what caught me off guard was the fact that he used my childhood nickname he gave me.

Jeydon's P.O.V.
I ordered the coffees and once I received them I headed out to find Misty. I saw a guy talking to her and she seemed upset so I walked up to him. I cleared my throat so they both acknowledged my presence. "Look, Tess, I'm sorry but I really do want to catch up with you." The boy said jotting down something which I was assuming was his number and passed it to Misty.

They just looked at each other for a few seconds which honestly made me a little mad. He waved goodbye to her and left leaving her a bit dumbfounded. Misty just glared at the piece of paper then took it. 

On the way back to the car there was a bit of an awkward silence which made me uncomfortable. Once we got in the car I turned on the radio to try to minimize the tension in the air. We dropped off Sadie at her house and I then drive to Misty's house. I got off the car and walked her to the front porch. "Um Misty." I spoke up, there was something urgent I needed to let her know.

She turned around and looked at me with a puzzled expression. "Yes?" Her sweet voice echoed in my ears. Saying I was nervous was an understatement but I knew I had to go for it. "I..um-" Maybe if I couldn't say it would just have to show it. I tilted her chin up and slowly leaned in causing our lips to touch. Her lips tasted a bit fruity but I continued to move kiss her. After a few seconds I pulled away. "I like you."
