Chapter 7

Kim's POV:

I guess we both must have dozed off because when I woke up at about 2:30am. Michael was also asleep with his arms around me, not that I mind or anything. It was a little chilly and I noticed that the blanket was pushed aside. I grabbed it and threw it over us but I guess it scared Michael because he shot right up scared. "Are you ok" he asked me. "Yes I'm fine I just noticed you were cold so I covered you, but maybe we should head home instead" i replied. He smiled, "yea I guess I should get you home to Mia before she hurts me for keeping you out late." He helps me down and we get inside the truck and he starts driving.

*skip car ride home*

As we pull up outside of my apartment I thank Michael for the date and then lean over to kiss him. He smiles into the kiss and then deepens it. I move closer to him and my fingers end up in his hair. His hands find their way down to my waist and wrap around me. He moves the seat back a little and then sits me on his lap as we deepen the kiss even more.

I don't want to stop kissing him, like ever! We continue to make out for like a good 30 minutes. We pull apart and we both just stare and smile at each other. "Well I should get inside and you should go home, it's pretty late" I tell him. "Yea the boys will probably make fun of me if i get home later than it is already" he replies. I quickly kiss him in the lips before getting out and tell him that I'll text him tomorrow.

When I get into mine and Mia's apartment I noticed the clock on the stove, 3:45! Holy shit!! And I work at 9, fuck! I get changed quickly and let myself fall onto the bed. I keep replaying the date in my head until I fall asleep.

Next Morning:

Kim's POV:

I'm awoken by the annoying sound of my stupid alarm clock. I have to work at 9 so I can't really ignore it since its 8. I get out of bed and head towards the shower. I do what I gotta do and then change into my black tight skinny jeans, black tank top and I decided to wear a black and red flannel unbuttoned. Then I grab my black boots and head towards the kitchen. I make myself a bowl of cereal and then head off towards work.

When I get there Jack's talking to some girl that's asking him questions, I can see that Jack is clearly flirting and the girl isn't holding back either. Wow it's so obvious it's sad. After they finish talking I head over towards Jack, "so, is that your girlfriend?" I ask. "What? No! She's not my girlfriend" he responses slightly embarrassed. "Maybe not but you totally want her to be!" I tell him. "Shut up, ok well maybe but she's not interested!" I slap him on the side of the head, "are you kidding me she was clearly flirting back!" I almost yell at him.

About 4 hours later I'm about to go on a lunch break when I get a text from Michael.

M- hey I know you worked today, what time is your lunch break?

K- in about 10 minutes why?

M-because I'm gonna stop by to see you! :)

K-aw that's so sweet! See you soon :)

Michael's POV:

I had such a great time last night that I just have to make her my girlfriend. When we kissed it was like the whole world stopped and nothing else mattered. She's smart, pretty, and she's athletic. Plus she's really ambitious and I find that really nice.

I take off towards the music store but, not before stopping at the ice cream parlor a few doors before the music store. I order 2 chocolate ice cream cones and take off. I told Kim to meet me outside so I sit on a bench located outside. I see her come out and reach an ice cream out towards her. "Why thank you sir!" She says jokingly. I peck her lips before she has a chance to eat her ice cream. "Well what have I done to deserve two sweet treats in one day!" She says and then winks at me. "Well Miss Kim you made my night amazing last night and so you deserve it," I say in my best southern accent.

We eat our ice cream and then make small talk for about 20 more minutes. I know she has about 10 more minutes left in her lunch break so I better ask her before she has to leave! "Hey Kim?!" She looks up," yes Michael?!" "Well I had an amazing time last night and well I was wondering if maybe you'd like to be my girlfriend?" She smiles and then stands up, I thought she was gonna walk away from me but instead she sits on my lap. I stare at her dumbfounded and then she kisses me.

This kiss is different than the ones from yesterday, this is more passionate and I can tell she putting her all into this. I kiss her back and you can clearly feel both of our excitement. She slides her tongue against my bottom lip asking for entrance, damn this girl likes to be in control. Yea well so do I so I don't grant her access. She doesn't seem to like that so she somehow adds more passion and I can't help but moan a little, she smirks and takes this opportunity to do what she's been asking for. Her tongue slides into my mouth and out tongues fight for dominance, I win but she doesn't seem to mind. She pulls away, looks at me, and stares me in the eyes, "does that answer you question?" She says smiling. I couldn't be happier right now!
