Chapter 5

Katalina's POV

After practice with dad and Klaus, i went upstairs to take a shower and get all this sweat off of me. Eww.. I swear dad pushed us further today, further than he normally does, because I smell like a mixture of rotting milk and who knows what else. When i walk into the room I see Belle is still sprawled out on the bed fast asleep. After I silently laughed at Belle i went to my dresser and pulled out a sweat free bra and underwear then i walked to my closest to pick out today's outfit. After a while of debating on wearing a dress or shorts and a shirt i finally decided on a black and white horizontally striped dress, only the bottom of the dress (about mid stomach down) it turned into a coral pink with a bow on the side.

Once i started the shower i got undressed and stepped in. My oh my.. this warm water cascading down my back and slowly making its way to all my sore muscles felt amazing. After i got out of the shower it was around 7:30, and i knew Belle would be waking up soon and i wanted to get out of the bathroom before she barged in on me naked, because she always has to pee a rainstorm every morning. Note the sarcasm, I've known Belle my whole life and she will literally do that and no care whether i'm clothed or not.

"Lina you got 5 seconds to get out before i barge in there and take a piss right beside you!!" Belle yelled through the other side.

"Okay, okay I'm going sheesh hold on" i said while slipping my dress on completely, nearly seconds before Belle barged in.

 "Hey you look cute!, now please get out unless you want to stand there while I pee" Belle said with a smirk crossing her face.

"Yeah no, i'm out" i said while quickly making my way for the bathroom exit.

Once Belle got out of the shower i had already curled my hair the way she showed me, and applied my makeup as well.

"Wow Lina, you look H-O-T" Belle said while i twirled in a circle around her showing her how i looked.

"Correction Belle I look SEXY" i said while laughing at her.

"So Lina can I talk to you" Belle said suddenly as her face became serious

"Yeah sure whats wrong?" I said while sitting down and patting a spot beside me for Belle.

"It's been 3 months since my birthday, what if i never find my mate... I want to be loved and treated like a princess like how I see all these other girls with their mates being treated" Belle said while twirling a piece of her hair.

Werewolves don't find their mates until they both have had their first shift. There are few cases where someone who has found their mate even though they haven't shifted, but those are rare. So if you shift first and you don't get you're mate it more than likely means he/she hasn't shifted yet and you just have to wait it out.

"Belle I know it sucks having to wait, but you will find him I'm sure of it and he will love you and treat you like the princess you deserve to be treated as." i said to a very depressed looking Belle.

"I  just hope he comes soon I am sick of waiting for him" Belle said.

"He will, I promise" I said while smiling at Belle.

"I'm holding you to that Lina. Anyways are you excited/nervous to shift and find your mate???" Belle said.

"Uhm.....Honestly I never really thought about it, simply because I figured once my mate realiised who I am he will reject me and send me on my way." I said.

"Lina?!?! seriously if your mate is that so high off the ground than he does NOT deserve you. You are wonderful and amazing and caring and the worlds best dancer and so much more.. Hun any guy would be lucky to have you, and I'm not just saying that because your are my bestfriend either."Belle said.

"I guess you're right.. Oh that reminds me i'm actaully going to try out for the varsity dance team at school. Tryout are in two days, i already have the routine memorised like it's the back of my hand." i said.

"Finally!!! I know you will make it, I mean you have been taking private dance lessons since you were like 3 so this should be a piece of cake for you. I'm so proud of you for finally getting out of your shell" Belle said while she gave me a huge hug.

"Alright, well its already 9 let's go down for breakfast and get today started." i said while chuckling and making my way for the door with Belle on my tail.

A/N sorry i haven't updated in awhile i've been swamped with helping my sister move and then I have to do some shadowing hours for school and so forth. I hope you like this chapter and the book so far. Sorry for any grammer mistakes. but comment!!..if you want to haha.
