So, I was watching Panic! At The Disco the other day and Ryan said that he wrote their songs, like their old stuff. He said, "it's good to have confident sounding lyrics behind a confident voice."
And Brendon chimed in saying, "it's like you hide behind me."
Which, he did and if you listen to the lyrics of their old stuff they're so intelligent and beautiful, perfect even, not that they're not now, they've just changed. Now, it's more pop than whatever-the-fuck-they-were.
I don't know, I just prefer the old Panic! But we all have our preferences, I'm not judging.
