This is just an appreciation post bc he's on my TV rn and I feel like this is needed.
Alexander William Gaskarth, the light of my life. The only person I well and truly love, like a father, not a lover or friend, a dad. A parent, someone I can come to in need of desperate help and love. Someone to support me without question, someone who'll stick by my side no matter what.
I've never loved someone the way I love you. You make me smile, laugh and sometimes even cry. You're the reason for my happiness.
Lately, everything's been pretty tough. I lost someone who I thought loved me the same way I loved them, I lost my sanity, and I thought I lost everything.
It wasn't only my best friends who helped pick me back up again, it was All Time Low.
Honestly, I wouldn't be the person I am or even be here today without you guys.
You saved me, kissed me, hugged me, loved me, and I hope that one day I can give that all back to you.
Thank you for warming my stone cold heart, being there in my times of need and just supporting me.
But most of all thank you, Alexander, for being the father I never had. You've taught me some pretty insane things but also some pretty incredible things. I wouldn't know half the stuff I do without you.
I love you and the band more than I could ever love another human being.
