C J Laurence is a crazy redhead who lives in a small village in Lincolnshire, England. Born in 1986, she is approaching 30 this year and dreading it. This probably explains the majority of her characters having crises around this age! Mother to an 8 year old son, working full time in accounts in the day, she has to squeeze writing and reading around her home life but dreams of that changing at some point in the future. Her name is actually Claire. The pen name was born in honour of her late father. Her writing touches across all genres but rests mostly within the paranormal. Being a hardcore conspiracy theorist, twists and turns are always rife in her plots and she is capable of thinking up the craziest ideas! Outside of all this, her interests rest on horses and cars – horsepower in both forms!
