Finally meeting

chapter 7: laser tag

-time skip to after dinner-

after they had all eaten and regained some energy Mark, Bob, Wade, Felix and Jack where all going around and looking at all the amazing things happening at comic-con.

After about half an hour of fooling about Wade stopped in front of a "laser tag" place. "Hay you wanna play?" Wade asked making the others stop and turn to look at the glowing sign."Hell yeah, I can't wait to beat all you guys!" Bob exclaimed "Really now? ha in your dreams!" Felix said while flipping his hair sassily, challenging them all. "ya think ya can beat these +1 biceps?!!!" Jack shouted making them all laugh "OH you guys are so on" Mark said as he began jogging over to the laser tag place with he others behind him as they paid and the corse was explained to them.

On team one was Wade, Bob and Felix and on team two was Mark, Jack and a girl named Max who had short hazel hair and wore skinny jeans along with a batman tee.

As soon as they where set lose in the glowing room team one set of to the other side of the area, waiting for the game to start while team 2 found a small corner with walls that went up to your waist surrounding it. there was a maze in the middle of the area that you had to cross to get to the other persons base and big and small walls for cover everywhere as well as mirrors and neon lights.

Once both teams had settled in there bases the buzzer had gone of signalling it was time to start. "Okay lets see if we can find team ones base by going through the maze and ambushing them" Mark spoke as Max and Jack nodded and followed him past a few corners and into the glowing maze.

One they where in the maze for a minuet they turned a few corners until they saw some of team one on the other side of a small wall. "okay in three, two, one GO-!" but Mark was cut off by the sound of a buzzer and his bright pink gun refused to work. He turned round to see Felix with his blue gun that he just shot him on the vest with. "oh you fucker!" Mark shouted as Jack pulled out his neon green gun and shot Felix while Max took out Wade and Bob as they all ran back to there base.

"That was the worst plan!" Jack said and his accent seamed to be thicker as they ran back to the low walls of there base to protect them from anymore attacks. "I have to agree with Ireland on this one, that was a really bad idea" Max said as they all tried to catch there breaths from running so fast "okay fine that wasn't my best plan" Mark admitted as he regained the use of his neon pink gun.

"WTF WAS THAT!" Wade shouted to Pewds "they where right in front of you and you only got one hit??" Bob joined in "hay at least I was trying" Felix said in his defence."okay fine, well now that we're all one life down, we have to think things through. So this is the plan-" Bob explained as they huddled together to hear what they would do.

"Okay fine, I'll go see if I can get high up to find there base and the rout we can take to get unnoticed" Max explained as she picked up her bright yellow gun and stood up "I'll be back soon, you guys wait here" she said as she ran off, leaving Jack and Mark to hide from team one.

Both of the men left on there own stood up and sat down on one of the small walls that littered the area "so how long are you thinking of staying in america?" the taller out of the two asked as Jack looked up, his eyes practically glowing in the neon light making Marks brain go blurry "I don't know, things at home are pretty bad and i don't really want to go back to that anytime soon" Jack admitted as he looked down and his gun. "I would like to stay here for longer but I have nowhere to stay" he continued before sighing and looking at one of the glowing walls in front of him."you know you can stay with me, if you want to" Mark said while looking at the IrishMans eyes shoot up to meet marks yet again as a genuine overjoyed smile came across his lips and his eyes sparkled. "R-really??? you would do that?" Jack asked as his head clouded with thoughts of the two living together that only made him smile more. "of course I would" Mark said smiling sweetly as he looked at the man he would happily kiss again and them living together would only bring them closer. "you're special to me" Mark ended and Jack looked up at him smiling excitedly and said "oh, i can already hear the fangirls screams" in a silly voice making both men chuckle.

They where so lost in convocation that they didn't see Wade emerge from behind one of the walls and aimed at Jack. Mark saw the red laser on His vest and pulled him down to the floor, saving him from Wades shot as he ran away to meet the rest of team one so they could finish the plan.

Mark pulled Jack down to hide under one of the tiny dark blue walls that where scattered around to protect them. The wall was smaller than both men had anticipated and they where pushed so close together that there chests where touching in order for them to fit behind it. "umm" Jack started and stared at Mark. Marks only response was a smirk that made Jacks stomach flutter as Mark cupped Jacks cheeks, colliding there lips to make a deep kiss. Jack was unable to think so he just moved his lips in time with Mark as they started to make out. Mark wrapping his arms around the smaller mans waist and Jacks fingers tangled themselves in Marks pink hair after he set his gun down next to him. Mark pushed into the kiss but was still being so gentle with Jack as there breaths mixed and both men where breathing heavily so Mark took the opportunity to stick his tongue in Jacks mouth, exploring it as the Irishman moved closer to Mark as the kiss got more heated.

"okay guys I distracted them" Wade whispered as he ran up to the rest of his team. "Great, so they should be just behind this wall, give me a boost" Felix said as Bob helped him up the big wall so felix was sat on it, he was aiming his gun and about to fire. But for some reason he didn't "Pewds? what are you doing??" Wade asked as held onto his red gun tighter. Felix lower his gun and was just smiling blanckly at something that was blocked from Wade and Bobs view."Felix??" Bob asked again "guys i think you need to see this" felix said as he pulled out his phone and took a picture, handing it to Bob so they could look.

Both men said nothing as they looked at the photo Felix had taken of there two friends in a deep make out session in a neon blue room behind a small wall. "should we go back to base?" Wade asked but was cut off by Bob saying "no, this is the perfect moment" he said in a dark tone and said "Felix this is your moment, FIRE!" he commanded as the Swedish man took the chance and shot both Jack and Mark as soon as Bob gave the order.

Both men where startled by the sudden sound of a buzzer and there guns where no longer working. as they turned around they saw there 3 friends all stood together with there guns. "YOU MOTHERFUCKERS!!!" Mark shouted while charging towards the men as his gun turned back on and they where gone, leaving Jack on the ground to think over what just happened. He was moving in with Mark? that means he would see Markimoo 24/7 and he could have the chance to finely ask him out.

As Jack thought through the event that just unfolded he felt a tap on his shoulder and turned around to see Max. "Where where you?" Jack asked and she just smiled and said "oh, I've been back for a while, I just didn't want to interrupt you and your boyfriend" she said sweetly as Jack admired the sound of Mark being referred to as his boyfriend.

Suddenly there was a sound of a bell and a voice saying the game was over and it was a tie. They walked back to the room to get out of the vests and return there guns before heading out the door and back into the buzz of voices.

Wade, Bob and Felix all gave Jack and Mark a look before they stared walking off but where stopped by Max "Hay sorry guys I just wanna say maybe we could hangout again sometime" she said while smiling "sure thing, I gave you my number remember?" Jack said back as Marks face flushed with jealousy once again making Bob role his eyes "oh yeah, see you later!" she said while walking off "oh and say hi to Chloe for me!!" Jack shouted as he stared to walk of "who's Chloe?" Mark asked in an annoyed tone which amused Jack "just Maxes girlfriend, why?" Jack said as he stopped to face the american who now felt very embraced for feeling jealous "no reason" he said while trying to walk it off as if he didn't look like he was about to stab a bitch. This just made Jack chuckle as he followed the american with the others behind them.

this had been a great day and they where all ready for the next. Mark had decided he was going to ask the Irish man to go out with him tomorrow and the nerves only got worse as it got nearer and nearer to when he needed to confess his feelings.
