AUSTIN’S POV:
I’m currently sitting down in the middle of an alleyway with Chanelle sitting in my lap sobbing, it broke my heart to see her in this state, I swear I’m going to find that bastard and kill him for doing this to her. I’m so happy I decided to go for a walk now, if I hadn’t go knows what would’ve happened to her. When I heard a scream I didn’t know what to do or think but when I heard the cry for help and saw who it was I couldn’t believe it, how could someone do this to her? I’m going to hunt down the guy who did this even if it took days, weeks, years, decades and even centuries I was going to find him and make him pay for trying to force himself on her. Don’t ask how I even know this, just the look in her eyes the sadness said it all.
“A-Austin.” Sobbed Chanelle breaking me out of my thoughts.
“Yeah Princess.” I replied, wait did I just call her Princess?
“Um c-can we p-please get o-out of h-here?” she asked, oh crap I forgot we were still in the alley.
“Yeah sure.” I replied as I grabbed her and held her bridal style.
“Um A-Austin what are y-you d-doing? She asked.
“Holding you, are you okay with that?” I asked, she nodded and grabbed onto my neck. Right now I wish I had a car although she was as light as a feather it would’ve been faster to get home.
“So what’s your address?” I asked not really wanting to take her to my house with all that drama going on over there.
“23 Smiley Rd.” she replied, thank god it wasn’t that far away.
On the way there it was silent, I wanted to ask her what happened but I’m not too sure she’s ready to talk about it right now, but she eventually would. We got to 23 Smiley Rd and I looked to some ratty old apartment building. This is where she lived? Guilt and sympathy washed through me. I knew I had to help this girl but what could I do? I knew everything about her, things she doesn’t know and I wish I could tell her but it was for her own protection but I don’t know if I could keep it to myself anymore, especially seeing where she lives and how hard she works and I know she’s alone.
“…19.” She said, I looked at her confused.
“Um excuse me?” I asked.
“Apartment room 19.” She said, amusement in her eyes.
“Oh.” Is all I could say as I made my up to her room.
We finally made it to her room, well that was quite a workout making my way up those stairs. I put her down so she could get her keys. She opened the door and invited me in. this apartment didn’t really look like an apartment it looked like an old and ugly cabin. I have a plan and she won’t be living in this dump anymore. She went into a room I’m guessing her room probably to get changed and shower. I sat down on her very small and uncomfortable couch and waited for her. She came out about half an hour later in her pyjamas and sat next to me.
“Thanks.” She said, and I knew exactly what she was talking about.
“Anytime.” I replied.
“Um can you please do me a favour, well two actually?” she asked.
“Yeah sure, anything.” I replied
“First can you please not say anything to anyone about what happened tonight.” She paused, I wouldn’t have anyway with her asking.
