Flavio had dressed up as his 1p once when he was a kid just so he could felt what its like living with the original Spain rather than the more strict and abusive one.
Later on, he cries because of how good treated him as his 1p, making he asks himself why Lovino is ungrateful at what he has now.
He of course kept that question to himself because Lovino is the one giving him the chance to be him for a day.
