Hunted

Chapter 7

Elise pov

I woke up thinking that I would see my friends beside me in my cave only to see strong metal bars surrounding me. Then I remembered what had happened. Bill had shot me in my back theft thigh and I had fallen and blacked out, next thing I knew I had ended up here.

Then I remembered dipper and ollie. " oh no! I started to panic, I hope they made it out of there ok. My worries of their safety had to be cut short though and changed to worries of my own though as I heard a familiar, sly chuckle." Well we'll well look who's finally here. I thought you said you would never get caught?"

I refused to look at him or even speak to bill. He had most likely killed my family and I was probably going to meet a gate worst than they had soon. He came over to me and looked at me smugly, as if he was eyeing off a piece of meat. I couldn't resist speaking then. " what are you looking at" I snapped angrily" he pretended to look hurt by my outburst. Putting his hands out in front of himself he said calmly" sheesh kid I'm just checking out my newest catch".

I wanted to punch him right now. The bars of the cage were wide enough and his face was close enough. I curled my hand into a fist shape and got ready to attack only to have a tight burning sensation around my wrists. I looked behind me to see what to was only to see a tight knot of rope looped around my wrists and my hooves. Dang it.

I also noticed a choking feeling and realised that I had a collar around my neck with the leas tied to the bars of the cage. Bill laughed darkly at my pain and moved over to the door on my cage. He oened up the door and unied the leash. I felt a sharp tug on my neck as he began to drag me over to him. Since I couldn't use my limbs I was stuck to be. Choked as he tried to move me towards him.

When e got me to the door of the cage my neck felt like it was about to break. He was smiling at my pain as he carelessly threw me over his shoulder onto his back. I couldn't see where wet were going but I saw him leave the house. After going outside he took me into a shed and looped the ropes on my legs around two metal hooks on the wall.

I looked below where I was hanging and saw a blood stained concrete floor. There were heads of other forest creatures like deer Phoenix and squirrel mounted on the walls but strangely no cervitaur considering the amount of us he had taken down. Bill returned back over go where he had left me hanging with a sharp bloody knife and a huge smirk on his face. He held the knife to my throat and I braced myself for it to pierce through my neck. I closed my eyes tightly waiting for the knife to go through me only to hear a dark evil laugh. " I'm not gonna kill you kid" e said as he moved the knife away from my neck and instead cut through the rope binding my arms together.
