There are birds flying among the stars
and the sky is dipping below the ground
But all we do is keep driving in out cars
and going in circles and spirals
until we dont hear a sound, Because we live on the ground
And if you could hear the sound
that the birds hear coming from this mound of earth,
that we call the ground
You would be near the stars yourself
pondering at what you found, about the ground
You Found that the mound of ground
is where the lost come to be found
in the ground is where the will be found
by the other people who live on the ground
But the sound, Oh the sound,
what a wonderful sound
that has been found
but not from the ground
or even the stars
you would have to live on Mars
to understand such a sound
that has yet to be found
Because no one can answer the age old question
If a tree falls to the ground yet no one is around
does it make a sound
One must think that it does make a resounding sound
because hundreds of pounds just hit the ground
and it had to be very profound because it was headed earthbound
If those who were lose and are in the ground
had actually drowned instead of being in the found
then they would have been drowned
with the birds and stars who had once dipped underground
and faded into the background
But they didn't and the question still stands to astound
What is the sound that is yet to be found from above the ground?
