The "American Dream"
Married,
Two kids
A dog
The Marriage last,
But in shambles,
Probably ending soon
The Son,
He cries at night,
His arms marked
The Daughter,
She hasn't eaten in days,
Takes too many pills
The Mother,
She spends all her time at work,
And doesn't sleep at night,
The Father,
He lost his job a year ago,
Drinks away the money
The Dog,
He just sits and watches,
seeing their lives fall apart
