"I don't know where he is! Cal came and got me this morning!"

"If he doesn't show up in ten, we'll just have to show him what happens, and it's you we'll have to use."

I paced as I waited. Where was he? This was ridiculous. This was what he'd gotten mad at me for only a few days earlier.
The side door crashed open and Simon stumbled in. His eyes were bloodshot and he had small cuts an his face and knuckles. And he reeked of alcohol and cigarette smoke.

"ARE YOU KIDDING ME, SIMON?"

"What, is the pretty little princess upset?"

"Get changed and get your arse out there. I hope Dom beats the shit out of you."

"You don't mean that."

"You only wish I didn't." I pushed him away and went to find Tobi. He was the nicest out of everyone. Plus he was incredibly passionate about athletic training.

"Is he here?"

"Yeah, and he's drunk. With the added bonus of what looks to be the aftetmath of a pub fight."

"For the love of God."

"I know." Dom nearly beat him, nearly. It was a close fight. Simon seemed a bit confused afterwords.

"Simon."

"Ryan."

"You were late."

"And?"

"Andy, is going to be an...example as to why you shouldn't be late. Dominic." Dom grabbed me by the waist and wrapped something around around my knee. It hurt like crazy and restricted almost all the oxygen entering my body.

"Let her fucking go."

"You need to learn."

"SHE WASN'T LATE LET HER GO." He took a swing at Ryan. Something no one had ever attempted. He was swarmed by security and Dom let the thing around your throat.

"SIMON! SIMON!" He was blindly swinging at them and I could see Tobi trying to help him. But everything went dead still when a gun fired. Everything except the body falling to the floor.

"T...t...Tobi?" I carefully made it to where his body lay. Point blank range, straight to the heart. The tears came in waves after that.

Simon sobered up real quick. I was shaking as he drove me home. I didn't want to be alone, but I didn't want to be around him. This was his fault. No, that wasn't true. It was probably my fault. But right now, the only thing I could think of was if I was going to be next.
