"You're not sorry, Mom, you made this decision," I left the room and went outside and sat down on the steps.
"Hi there," a friendly voice said.
"Who are you?" I got up.
The girl looked at me. "Oh, I'm Megan Murphy," she stopped for a moment, "I just came here to visit my Mother, she is sick and had to come here, to the hospital," Megan replied.
"Oh, I'm sorry, I'm Sarah Brown," I shook her hand.
"Well, it was nice meeting you," Megan said and picked up her cat.

Megan started to get in the car.
I stopped her, "Why are you leaving so soon?" I asked.
"I have to go back to New York, it's my home, like I said, I just came here to visit," she replied.
"New York?" she didn't let me finish, "Yes," she said.
"I'm moving to New York," I said in a low voice.

"Really?! I could visit you! You'd love New York, trust me! We could be friends, and you could meet my friend, Jay Rivers! It would be--" I interrupted her, "Okay, okay, just listen," I started talking quiet, "I am moving to the house that's for sale, I assume, you know which house, and you can come visit me," I replied.
"New friend, Yay!" Megan seemed like such a happy, kind, friendly girl.
"You remind me a lot of a girl I use to know, her name was Brianna Brown," I replied.
"Brianna Brown, your last name is Brown, you must be siblings!"
Megan sure did put things together!

"Exactly, I probably shouldn't tell you a lot, but she was my- my," I could barely talk, "lost sister and she might be dead," I said with a tear.
"Oh my goodness! I am so, so, sorry, I should go," Megan tried getting away.
I let her go without saying anything and went to Marie's house.

"Marie, are you home?" I said as I stepped in.
"What do you think?" she came into the leaving room, "What do you want, Sarah?" she snapped.
"I just want to say I'm sorry, I had no say in this," I cried.
She looked at me and said nothing.
Emma came in the room with the girl that bullies me, "Hello Sarah," Amber, the girl that bullies me said.
Amber grinned.
"Marie, what's going on?!" I yelled.
"Wow, this is awkward," Marie said, Amber smirked.
Emma just stood there quiet for a second, "We just that we'd 'replace' you, and why are you talking to Megan Murphy?" she asked.
"How'd you know that?!" I shouted.
Emma and Marie stayed quiet.
"That lame girl from New York?" laughed Amber.
"She is not lame!" I yelled in anger. "Goodbye, Sarah," Marie shoved me out the door.
"What?! Guys, this isn't fair, please!" I yelled, but she slammed the door in my face.

I couldn't believe them, they were my best friends, and now they are trying to replace me?!
