When I got back home, I heard Mom and Dad discussing something, so I snuck inside to hear what they were saying.
I had to creep around them, then I peaked behind the corner.
"Do you really think it's a good idea?" Mom asked.
"It'll be hard on the kids, but they'll love New York," Dad replied.
Oh no, were they really thinking about moving to New York?

After a day had past, I was sure we weren't moving, but then, Mom called us to the living room.
"Kids, get in here please," we gathered in the living room.
"Yes, Mom?" I replied.
"Kids, we have made our decision, we're moving to New York," Dad said.
"You're joking right?" I said.
Mom looked at me, "Sarah," I ran away before she could finish.
Mom came up to my room where I was, "Sweetie," I interrupted her, "How could you, this is where my friends are, this is where art class is, this is where sports are, this is where my life is, Mom!"
"I'm sorry, sweetie," Mom replied.
