Your POV

"Ben!" You called out to your best friend, lover, and now enemy. Your eyes began to sting from crying.

"I'm sorry, (Y/N), but I have to do this." Ben looked into your hopeful eyes, wiping a tear away.

"Please don't go. . . . I-I love you."
You looked down trying not to cry. Ben's finger lift your head up. He slowly leaned in closer to your lips but stopped and kissed your cheek instead.

"I'm sorry." Was the last thing you heard before everything went black.

~ Time Skip ~

It's been about 5 years since you've seen Ben, or 'Kylo Ren', as he likes to call himself. You finished your training as a Padawan and decided to join Leia in the Resistance. Today is a very important day, because it's the day you will bring back Ben. (So much alliteration)

"Alright, (Y/N), I know you can do this." General forced a smile as she held your shoulders.

"I hope to see you again." She said before bringing me into a hug. Leia was like a mother to you. She always took care of you. So to pay her back, You needed to bring Ben back. (So much alliteration, again)

"You will see me again, but with your son." You said with confidence. She smiled with tears in her eyes.

"Well I better go now." You said and let go of Leia. You nervously walked towards the ship that will drop you off at Starkiller base.

~ Time Skip, again ~

You shivered as the cold air bit at your nose. You slowly walked to the base which was a bit far, but you made it. The temperature didn't change much though.

"Hey! What are you doing in here?!" You turned around to see a storm trooper running towards you with his blaster ready to fire. You walked towards him pulling out your saber, deflecting his hits. He stopped shooting and realized he wasn't going to win this fight.

"Where is Kylo Ren?" You said while pushing the terrified trooper against a wall and holding the lightsaber up to his neck.

"Right here." You jumped back quickly turing around and pointing your lightsaber towards a masked figure. You suddenly realized it was Ben.

"You're still as beautiful as ever,
(Y/N)." He said before placing a hand on your cheek. Taken back by his actions, you started to run. You couldn't face him.

Running back out into the cold you heard Ben calling you name. You ran into the dark forest, not realizing a branch in your way. You tripped, causing you to scream with immense pain.

"Still clumsy as well." His voice made you spin around, but quickly regretting it. The pain in your leg increased.

"How pathetic, (Y/N)." Kylo spat at you. You glared up at him from the ground.

"You're the pathetic one, Ben." Your words shocked him. His breathing became heavy.

"I know. . . I'm sorry. I wish I could go back." He collapsed to the ground right in front of you. You tried moving towards him but your leg wouldn't let you.

"Ben, come back. Please?" Your voice cracked and tears slid down your face.

"I. . . . Can't." He moved closer you and wrapped his arms around your waist.

"Yes, you can. Do it for your mother. Do it for me." He looked up at you, which made you lean in closer towards his lips.

"I love you." He said before kissing you passionately.

"I love you too, but we probably go. It's freezing out here." You pulled away making him chuckle.

Sorry this is kinda late, tapandafan, and it kinda sucks. I was just so busy this week. And there are probably a lot of spelling/grammar mistakes, but till next time! 🦄
