14.The Fight

Harry and I were heading towards the parking lot when I spotted Audrey sitting on the hood of the car,"Audrey!" I yelled as I ran towards her. She jumped off the hood of the car and gave me a hug,"I dont know where Connor is and I just want to find him and clear things up so things could get better" she said as her voice sounded shakey. "Okay, we can do that tomorrow but right now we have to take you home" "Okay..Do you think he's going to be okay?" "I dont know but we'll find out tomorrow. Dont worry" She nodded and hesitantly got in the car. We drove in silence and when I turned around I noticed that Audrey was already asleep. Harry carried her upstairs and set her on her bed. Harry and I were watching a movie but we both fell asleep 15 minutes after. I felt Harry carry me to my bed and he layed down next to me, I snuggled up to his chest and he held me close. He started running his fingers through my hair and I instantly fell asleep again.

I wake up to sound of something shattering and jump out of bed. I look at the clock and notice its 3 am,"Connor stop it!" I hear Audrey yell. I run out the door and see him push her against the wall,"Show me where they hide the liquor!" Connor yelled "Hey back off Connor! Get out of here now!" I yelled as I pushed him off of Audrey and pulled her behind me."Shut up you can't tell me what to do!" Connor yelled as he punched the wall,"Do you think its funny? Do you enjoy hiding the liquor from me to see me do this?!" "Get out!" I yelled. I could see the rage in Connors eyes as he walked towards me and moved me to the side and he punched Audrey. She fell to the floor and I punched Connor,"Stop it!" I yelled. He then pushed me towards the wall and started kneeing me in the stomach. His hands tightened on my wrists,"Dont ever yell at me you bitch!"I saw him smirk as I fell to the ground and he continued kicking me. I then see Connor fall on the ground and I see Harry on top of him punching him continually. I saw Harry grab Conors head and start yelling at him as he kicked him in the stomach,"How do you like it huh? You little fucking bastard!" Audrey starts crying and begging Harry to stop. I get up and try to pull Harry off of Connor but he only punches him harder. I block Harrys view of Connor with my face and I make him look at me. I notice his eyes are deep green and he looks furious,"Stop. Dont do this." His fists tightened and I could tell he wasnt listening to me. I cupped his chin,"People have gotten hurt enough Harry. Please stop this, stop the crying, stop the hurting, and just comfort us...You have to be here for Audrey and I because the person who was supposed to be there for Audrey isnt here right now so we both need you" Harry looked at Audrey and saw her crying and then he looked back at me and got off of Connor. Connor slowly got up and looked at all of us. He walked towards the door but Harry stopped him before he walked out."If you ever hurt Trinity or Audrey again, I will kill you. Dont come back until you've got your head screwed on straight, and I do mean it. I'll kill you" Harry said as he let go of Connors shirt. Connor nodded his head and walked out the door. Harry walked towards Audrey and I and made sure that we were okay. Audrey said she wasnt feeling well so she went to bed. Harry and I went to bed and he examined my wrists looking at the bruises of when Connor had me pinned against the wall. He kissed them and lifted my shirt to see the big purple bruise on my stomach. I saw his jaw clench and I put my hand on his cheek,"I'm okay" I said as I watched him trace my bruise with his finger."Why didnt you wake me up?" he asked looking up at me,"Because I thought that they were just arguing. I didnt think it would get to the point that he almost broke Audreys nose" "Next time wake me up either way" "I hope there isnt a next time" I say as I lay down and wince at the pain,"I'll protect you Trinity and I wont let this happen again." I started falling asleep and the last thing I heard was "I love y--"
