Awaken

Tamara's POV
I don't know what happened after I blacked out. I know that I was mad. But also sad. Even more than when my mother called me a monster. I wanted to open my eyes but my eyelids felt so heavy. Voices were around me, chanting something. What were they saying? My head was starting to hurt. They keep shouting at me. "Stop it" I groaned. But the voices only got louder and louder.

My ears were ringing. "...ki...em" the voices growled. "Stop it" I yelled. "...KILL" they laughed. I covered my ears, trying to drown them out but they were in my head. "KILL THEM ALL" they yelled even louder. The ground around me started to shake and my eyes shot open. I almost threw up at the sight in front of me. Bodies were scattered all around me. The look of horror frozen on their face as blood oozed out of their mouth, nose, and ears.

Blood covered every inch of the ground and my body was soaked in blood. I wanted to scream but my voice wouldn't come out. So many of these people I knew. So many of these people were my family and friends. I felt a hand wrap around me. I wanted to relax but my body tensed uncontrollably. Looking down, I found the hands that were around me were completely covered in blood. My families' blood. My friend's blood. I struggled out of that figures grip and turned to attack but was only greeted by myself.

I was covered in blood. My hair now completely red because it was soaked in blood. A sinister smile on my face with eyes as dark as night. I just stood there looking at myself. At what I had become. That...thing started to walk towards me but I ran. I ran away from myself. I continued to run until I came to a castle. I always saw this in my dreams. This was supposed to be my sanctuary from all the darkness. But now the darkness is here. I ran inside and looked around. Looking for anything that could make that monster go away. Everything was in shambles. My world was destroyed and I am the reason for it.

I heard the door creak and I turned to see that creature just smiling at me. I walked backwards, trying to keep distance between us. Only to bump into something. I turned and was greeted with another. Then another. Then another. They continued to multiply around me. The castle creaked and I could see cracks becoming larger. I could feel myself starting to hyperventilate. I just wanted out. "Stay away from me" I yelled. A force field suddenly surrounded me and they gathered around it. Scratching their nails and leaving trails of blood against the invisible wall.

I just want this to stop. "KILL" they shouted at me. I shook my head and tried to not listen but they were me. They were in my head. "KILL THEM ALL" echoed across the walls. The ground shook and I felt like everything was coming to an end.
They continued their assault for what felt like hours. I could feel myself starting to crack. "Please leave me along" I cried. "Make them pay" the voices laughed. If I do, will this stop? Will they stop screaming? "Make them way and the pain will soon end" voices chanted to me.

Should I just give in? Should I just stop fighting?
"...T...are" a small voice called. "What?" I asked. "Ta...ra" the voice shouted louder. "What are you saying?" I shouted. "Tamara open your eyes" the voice scream and my eyes shot open. I was still in this castle. Still in this barrier surrounded by myself. But...someone else was hear. "Tamara" the voice called. I turned and found myself looking at Felix. Felix, the one who died for me.
"Felix...How?" I asked.

"I'll explain later, just come on. Don't give up" he shouted. "But I am the reason you died. I am the reason all of this is happening" I cried. "Don't blame yourself. You had nothing to do with this. You did nothing wrong" he shouted. "How? I make everyone hate me. I couldn't even be accepted by my own family." I sighed. "Your family loves you...including your mother" he said. "No she doesn't. She hates me" I cried and the castle shook tremendously. "No she doesn't. I met her" he smiled. "You...but" I tried to say.

"She killed herself. Tamara, she wasn't in the right mind when she rejected you. You were and still are everything to her. She loved you. She is the reason I am here now. She wants you to be happy." Felix shouted. "She wanted to see you, to apologize for all that she had done but she didn't think you would ever forgive her. She loves you even as she was taken to the other side. You have to know that there many others that love you, including me. Don't give up" he cried. "She loved me?" I whispered.

"Of course. Who couldn't love you?" he smiled.

My mother loved me. She loved me.

I felt so much weight lifted off my shoulders. I felt so happy. So freaking happy. The world seemed to freeze and the creatures soon started to glow. They changed back to me...the real me. They all smiled at me and soon disappeared. I stood up and turned to Felix. The shield dropped and Felix ran to me. I was engulfed in a hug and I welcomed it.

3rd POV
The fight continued and the earth was slowly starting to crumble. It all seemed to happen so fast. One minute Tamara was fighting Naraku, the next she was frozen in place. Her features returned to normal and she was calm. She slowly collapsed and fell to the floor. The sky cleared and things seemed calm. But Naraku was still up. He was still alive. "I guess you ran out of steam huh" he smirked. He walked towards her with his sword raised. "I'll end it for you" he smiled and soon his sword dove to cut her head off. But it was stopped when a powerful gust of wind knocked Naraku away from her. "Stay away from her" a voice growled. Naraku turned and saw...
