I sat on the bed with my laptop open. I'd pulled on my headphones, and was listening to my rock playlist. On the laptop screen was my story. I shivered at the thought of losing my virginity to Natsu. A thin blush coated my face at just the thought. I continued steadily tapping at the keys to the beat of my music. Finally, I grew tired of it, saved, and logged off.
"Huh." I sighed. I slowly ambled through to the kitchen area and started to make myself a sandwich. I sliced the cheese, and placed it on the bread.
"Um... Natsu! Do you want a cheese sandwich?" I called awkwardly.
"Yeah, sure." Was the reply.I set the plate on front of him and peered over his shoulder. He was reading a manuscript for a new story.
"Here." I said.
"Thanks." He didn't look up.
"Is it ok if I can put the news on?" I asked tentatively.
"Sure, go ahead." He grunted. I switch the tv on and flicked over to BBC news.
"There has been severe flooding in the lake district, mainly around lake Conniston," The reporter droned on. I started reading the headlines. One of them caught my attention. 'Owner of Fire Dragon Publishers, Natsu Dragneel, hasn't been seen for a while.'
"Hey, you're on the news!" I said.
"Oh god, that's gonna be troublesome." Natsu flicked out his phone, and started typing. "I'll just tell my Secretary I'm on a steamy, romantic holiday with my girlfriend."
"What?!" I cried out. "No! You can't say that!"
"Why not? It's not like we've done anything, and you're not my girlfriend." He raised an eyebrow."Still..." I rubbed my legs together awkwardly, combing through my hair.
"Unless you want to...?" A smirk appeared on his face. It looked weird on him.
"No, no I'm good!" I hastily spilled out. Natsu laughed softly.
"Lucy, I'm teasing you."
"Yeah, yeah I knew that. Duh, I was just testing you!" I did not know that. I quickly looked down and let my hair hang over my face, embarrassed.
"Yeah right." He fired back. When I looked up, Natsu was standing in front of me, arms folded over his chest. My heart started pounding when I realised my head was in line with his...you know.
"So. Why not?" Natsu asked.
"We-well, it hurts, doesn't it?" I stammered.
"At first, yes."
"A-and, it's embarrassing." I added.
"So?" Natsu said. "I may not know how it feels to girls, but I've made love to enough to know that it's pleasant."
"How can you say stuff like that?" I muttered, drawing my knees up to my chest.
"Come on." Natsu pulled one of my legs away.
"Wha-!" I cried.
"Try it, you might like it." Natsu suggested.
"No! I want my first time to be with someone I love!" I cried out. "And someone who loves me back!"
"Then I guess we'll just have to hurry up and fall in love then." Natsu smiled, drawing away. My cheeks flushed.----------------
I updated! I've actually had this for a while, but was planning on adding more, then someone told me to update, so I updated. Next chapter will be a time skip of one month. Basically, I started this story to write romance, and lemons, and the plot line was too slow, so I wanted to skip all the awkward scenes, all the random food making, game playing, and get to the good stuff. Maybe later on, I'll write more of what just happened!
