I reach into Shawn's pocket, unlock his phone and dial Ashley
"Hey babe" She answers in a seductive tone
"It's not Shawn it's Liv, And before you hang up I have a question for you" she sighs
"What?"
"Is your mom by any chance dating someone?"
"Well no because she's in California but my step mom is dating a guy named Thomas" She says and I stomp around the room
"Their not dating, their engaged! And Thomas is my father!" I yell and I can hear her gasp on the other line
"We have to stop this" She says and I shrug
"Or we can just let it happen-"
"How could you say that! We would be related!" She says in disgust and I chuckle
"Because my dad won't" I stop myself mid sentence
"He won't what?"
"Umm never mind, just thought I'd give you a heads up. Bye" I say while hanging up
"Hello??? Liv? Shawn?" A voice that I recognize as Mason's says and I turn around to see that Shawn is holding the phone out for me
"It's okay Mason, I just found out shocking news and there's nothing I can do about it"
"We are coming over" A voice that I recognize as Beth's says and the line goes dead.
A few minutes later, Beth and Mason knock on my window. What's with everyone and my window? Shawn opens the window and Mason barges in and gives me a big hug, meanwhile Beth just stood there staring at Shawn. I never really forgave her for the making out with Shawn thing but I'm not the type of girl who holds grudges.
"Are you okay?" Mason asks with full concern
"I'm fine. But the real question is, how am I gonna live with Ashley right next door?" I say while still not taking my glare off Beth and Shawn. Mason follows my glare and clears his throat
"*cough* We came here for LIV, not so you can oogle over her boyfriend" Mason spats and they look away awkwardly. What's going on with these two?
