Chapter 1

Emma's Pov

I watched the computer screen as Tony was under water finishing up the self powering building that quickly became our baby. Since the events that happened a year ago. With Tony almost dying, Hammer and his crew making a huge mess that we had to clean up. Tony wanted to do something good so we created a earth healthy building, not to mention it was a beautiful building letting everyone know it was a Stark building. I bit my lip as he started to fly home "good to go on his end. The rest is up to you" Tony told me making me nod "you disconnected the transmission line? are we off the grid?" I asked him as I started it up. "Stark tower is about to become a beacon of self-sustaining clean energy" he said and I could hear a smile in his voice. I was watching the levels as he got closer "well assuming the arc reactor takes over and it actually work" I smirked knowing it would be fine since Tony and I had worked on this project for a while "I assume" Tony said knowing I was joking. I was still watching it carefully "light her up" he told me and I did just that smiling as I saw the lights pop on "how dose it look?" I asked grinning happily "like Christmas but with more me" Tony sad making me giggle slightly and shake my head at the comment, I knew he wanted to celebrate so I smirked again "we've got to go wider in the public awareness campaign, you need to do some press" I said knowing that Pepper was planning on doing that tomorrow "Emma your killing me, Pepper's doing that... Live in the moment remember?" he asked me as I saw him get to his suit platform. I laughed slightly as I looked at the screen again watching everything "get in ere and I will" I smiled as h started to walk and his suit was being taken off "sir, Agent Coulson of S.H.I.E.L.D. is on the line" he told Tony making me sigh sadly "I'm not in...I'm actually out" he said looking around the city making me laugh at him and watch as he was finally out of the suit "sir I'm afraid he's insisting" Jarvis tried again, Tony looked at me and rolled his eyes "grow a spine Jarvis. I got a date" he told Jarvis as he smirked at me and I looked at him from over my shoulder. Earlier today he said I should wear clothes like this more often which was a pair of short shorts and white see through shirt with a bright red sports bra on, I rolled my eyes at the comment because he's told me he prefers me naked but that's not going to happen. He walked over to me with a smile on his face "levels are holding steady" I said watching the screen again, ignoring him at the time "of course they are I was directly involved... which brings me to my next question. How dose it fee to be a genius" he grinned and I rolled my eyes at him "well haha I really wouldn't know would I?" I asked sarcastically looking up at him leaning against the desk as he turned the computer off and trapped me "what ever do you mean? all this came from you" he said as I tilted my head to the side and shook my head. I smirked and poked his arc reactor "no, all this came from that" I said smirked as he smirked at me and kissed me quickly "give your self some credit please...Stark tower is your baby" he moved his hand to my shoulders and ran tem down to my hand and picked them up and looked at them "give yourself twelve percent of the credit" he told me making me raise my eyebrows at him "twelve percent?" I asked before walking away "an argument could be made for fifteen" he said following me closely but I kept walking. I rolled my eyes "twelve percent of my baby?" I asked out loud walking to the couch with him after me "well. I did do all the heavy lifting... literally, I lifted the heavy things... and sorry but the security snafu? that was on you" he said pointing to me as I sat down picking up the bottle of champagne pouring myself and Tony a glass "Oh" was all I said, but he continued "my private elevator..." he told me sitting next to me "you mean our private elevator?" I asked him "it was teeming with sweaty workmen... I'm going to pay for that comment about percentages in some sort of way aren't?" he asked sitting back with me. I looked over at him with a sly smirk "I'm not going to be that subtle about it" I said scooting closer to him "I'll tell you what... the next building will say Stone on the tower" he said making me laugh at him "on the lease" he smirked at me as we went to clink glasses "call your dad. Can you bunk over?" he asked making me laugh at him I opened my mouth to say something "sir, the telephone" Jarvis said cutting out playful banter off "I'm afraid my protocols are being overridden" I looked around and pouted and Tony picked up his phone to see Phil "Mr. Stark we need to talk" he said making me really frown "you have reached the life model decoy of Tony Stark, Please leave a message" Tony tied making me laughed at him "this is urgent" Phil said seriously. Tony sighed and looked at me "then leave it urgent" Tony said but soon the elevator opened making up look up at it and I stood up to greet me "security breach! this is on you" he said pointing to me making me laugh at him "Mr. Stark" Phil said walking out of the elevator and the stopped, I smirked at Tony "Phil! come in" I turned back to him and smiled at him he smiled and nodded back at me. Tony looked between us with a frown "Phil?" Tony asked following me to Phil "I cant stay" he said looking as if something is wrong. I smiled at him "his first name is agent" Tony said point over my shoulder making me roll me eyes at the comment but I ignored him "come on in we're celebrating" I told him making me nod at us "which is why he cant stay" Tony said smiling at Phil, Phil ignored it and went to hand Tony something "we need you to look this over as soon as possible" he explained but Tony just looked at it, I took it and handed my glass to him and then took Tony's taking his glass in the process "I don't like being handed thing" Tony told him looking at what I just gave him. Tony playfully glared at me and I gave him one right back, I felt Phil look between us "official consulting hours are between eight and five every other Thursday" Tony told him opening the case of a touch screen looking at Phil "this is consultation" Phil said looking back at him and I smiled "is this about the Avengers?" I asked making him look at me and nod "not that I'm suppose to know" I played with my hands looking back at Tony as he turned to walk away "the Avenger Initiative was scrapped, I though, and I didn't even qualify" he explained and Phil watched me with a small smirk "I don't know that either..." I smiled but we all knew I did even tho it wasn't really aloud for Tony they had to tell me so I could get him to play nice. Tony looked back as us as we watched him "yeah apparently I'm volatile, self-obsessed, don't play well with others" Tony said getting to the desk and I nodded thoughtfully "that I know very well" I smirked over at him as he rolled his eyes. Phil looked at Tony and I "this isn't about personality profiles anymore" Phil told us and I looked at him concerned slightly. Tony waved him off "whatever... Ms. Stone, got a second?" Tony called over to me as I was already walking over to him "give me a moment and He'll be there" I told Phil "for safety reason and for your abilities with Tony and being a genius yourself we want you to come along" he told me making me nod at him and then turned my attention to Tony. he looked at me for a second hearing what Phil just said "you know I thought we were having a moment" he said working on bringing up the information, I grinned "I was having twelve percent of a moment" he looked over at me with a pout and I sighed before looking back at Phil "this seem serious, Phil's pretty shaken and they want me there to" I asked him letting him know I wanted him to take this seriously, He looked back to the screen "how would you if it's.... why is he Phil?" he asked me looking back to me but I ignored it. I looked at the screen and frowned "what is all this?" I asked trying to get a better look, Tony looked back down at it and the pushed it up to the screens around the room "this is... this" I looked around and got closer to them looking and reading "I'm going to go with Phil tonight, to where they want us so that way you come" I told him looking back to him "tomorrow... go with me" he said still looking at them. sighed "you have homework. a lot of homework" he sighed and looked at me "well what if I didn't" he asked me pulling me close and I smiled at him "we'll find that out once all this is over wont you?" I asked winking at him making him smirk and kiss me softly and slowly "I'll see you tomorrow. Be ready to play nice" I told him once we pulled away and rested his forehead on mine "ugh fine" he said as I walked away from him "work hard and once this is over we'll play harder" I looked as he grinned and Phil looked around clearly uncomfortable making me laugh at him "anyway I can get a ride with you? So we know he'll show up?" I asked once I got over to him ad he smiled at me "yea you can but we have to stop and pick somebody else up along the way" Phil told me as we went to leave "hey Tony" I called making him look at me with a smile "I love you" he smiled softly "I love you too" he called as the doors closed.

I sat in a plane reading the package of notes for the cube waiting for Phil and the other passenger, Soon Phil came walking up with the man from the packet. Steve Roger. I sat back and texted Tony to see when he would appear, I was getting bored. Steve looked at me as we started to leave "hello I'm-" I waved him off an smiled "Steve Rodgers, Better known as Captain America... Hello I'm Emma Stone" he smiled and shook my hand "its nice to meet you Ms. Stone" he said and we both sat down as my phone went off saying Tony was calling me "hello love" I smile into the phone making Steve look at me with a slight frown "how are things with out me?" he asked making me groan "my world dose not turn around you" he laughed making me smile "I'm ready to see you" I heard him sigh and I knew he was ready to see me. the thing was we really didn't get that much time apart, the most time we spent apart was a few hours. After everything that had happened we liked to spend a lot of time since he now was living in the moment. "I'll see you soon I promise" he said and I nodded "ok love but you need to go so you can get to me sooner" I laughed and I heard him chuckle "I love you. after this we are going somewhere, so think of someplace" he said making me think "I love you too Tony" then we hung up and I looked at Phil and Steve "well?" Phil asked and I nodded "like you know I'm the key" I said grinning at him and wiggled my finger at the, Steve looked so confused an opened his mouth to say something but we landed and I stood up and walked off see Natasha "Emma" she smiled and hugged me as she sent Phil away. I smiled as I saw Bruce Banner "Doctor Banner its such a pleasure to meet you" I said shanking his hand "Emma Stone a genius herself" he smiled nervously and I nodded making Steve looed at me. Nat walked over to us "we should head inside... It's going to get hard to breath" she told us and nodded heading to where she pointed and walked in. I smiled at Nick who nodded "I'm guessing since your here Tony will also be here?" he asked me making me nod at him "yes he will I came early to make sure of that" he smirked "thank you for that" I laughed and nodded before going to a table and sat down before looking around seeing a man play a game on his computer making me smirk as we lifted out of the water. Soon the others came in and Steve gave Nick ten dollars making me giggle quietly "is there a room I can get to sleep? I haven't been asleep yet, and the other half of my party isn't here" I asked and Nick nodded "hill show her a room and come back please" Nick ordered. Hill gave me a very fast and quiet tour to the room but I could careless with her attitude, soon laid down and fell asleep thinking bout when Tony gets here, and hoping it would be sooner then later, but I now how Tony is with showing up on time for anything.

ok so you can see that it has taken me a while to get this up.. I am working on it and I will try to update every four days or so... I'm trying to get back into Emma's character so if she seems a little off I will eventually go through and fix everything but I hope you enjoy... comment, vote and enjoy!
