Dan and Phil's relationship hasn't been great lately.

When they became known in the Internet society, specially YouTube that's when their "relationship" went downhill.

Their subscribers grew and grew and soon there were millions of them. They were happy that they had created a world, where people can be a part of, and they were able to be the cause of many friendships that had been made in the Internet.

It was nothing but bliss at the time, but it seemed like fate decided to play a joke on them.

The year 2011 came and YouTube glitches, releasing a very important video that Phil had made for Dan. He kept it private and that was how it was suppose to stay. Only for Dan and him to see and not anyone else, him explaining all the wonderful times they had. And of course their subscribers went mental when the video came out. They pestered them about it saying and asking things about their real relationship with each other.

Dan who was still quite young, and was not ready to explain to the audience, so he had a mental breakdown himself.

"Phil! I can't do this anymore! I'm so fucking tired of answering questions and telling people to stop! Why can't they just leave us alone? I try to be nice to them and ask them to take down anything that has anything to do with that stupid video!" Dan screamed, coming into the lounge laptop cradled on his hands. His eyes was tearing up as he was unable to contain his pent up emotions of any longer. He just wanted privacy for now, he didn't want people pestering him about his personal life when he himself was not willing to tell.

"Dan, calm down we'll fix this I promise I didn't mean for it to be posted. I already copyrighted  every single copy of the video I could find. And I'll tell them to stop ok? Come here."  Phil said calmly, trying his best to use sound gentle and caring, even though he too was pissed.

No, he wasn't pissed at his audience or Dan or YouTube. In fact he was infuriated at himself for ever making that video, it was his fault.

Dan walked over to Phil, who was sitting on the sofa, setting his laptop down on the table. Phil cuddled Dan as he continued crying onto Phil's chest. They both laid down on the narrow space, legs tangled together. Phil ran his hand through Dan's chocolate brown hair while he placed a tender kiss on his forehead.

They were quite for awhile, just staying there lying on each other's arms. Dan knows he has to do something, he didn't want to come out yet nor was he planning to end everything with Phil just because of this shitstorm that was currently happening. So he picked the best option that he had in mind.

"Phil? Can I ask you something?", Dan asked , his voice hoarse from crying. Phil nodded his head in response. "You know I love you so much, and I would never ever want for us to end... But for just a little while can we take a break?", Dan continued.

Phil heart stopped, because no this couldn't be happening. The situation wasn't that bad for Dan to want to take a break, was it? What if Dan never wanted to get back though? What if he just drifts away from Phil? What if he just tells Phil that it's over?

Phil's mind was thrown in a circle of questions and scenarios that basically play out the horrible end of their love for each other.

Dan felt that Phil had tensed up so suddenly and he was quick to explain,
"Phil, whatever you are thinking right now, stop. I'm not going to break up with you, it's just a break from each other. Please give me time. Let's wait until all this die out before we do anything that could give us away. Please.", he pleads to Phil, who relaxed after Dan had explained more of what he meant. Phil was thinking, maybe it would be better if they have a break. 

"Okay, I agree with you." Phil replied, finally letting his brain rest from all the worrying. Dan gave a sigh of relief whispering."Thank you, I love you."

And of course Phil returned it back, not as words but with a kiss. Not knowing it will be the last for now.

Eli: it's 2 am and I have math test tomorrow or I guess today and I have not studied. Whoops.

Am I making anyone suffer because of this?

Ok first I have no plan on saying what their real relationship is irl as I have no clue and I'm just happy to see them happy.

2012 was a very rough patch even though I technically was not in the phandom until earlier of 2015. I've seen a lot of things though and I came across the video that shall not be named.

I knew it was bad but hey I'm a human being and apparently we have this sense of curiosity that we will follow through no matter what. So I searched it up and found out about the shitstorm.

All I can say is Thnks Fr Th Mmrs 2012 but you need to be pushed down the dark abyss. The past is in the past and If others want to know what it was then they're free to search for it. Just don't get in too deeeeep.

Although honestly 2012 doesn't matter as have you seen 2015 SO PHAN SO DOMESTIC SO ADORABLE MUCH CUTENESS.
