She's no one's daydream. Everyone's nightmare. To a certain extend at least. But maybe she has yet to open the curtains and see the world outside.
She's stuck. In her own fantasy. It could be forever that she'll be stuck in that fantasy of her own.
Every word she says is just to make you fall. They were simply along the lines of 'as long I'm here, you won't win'. She thinks she's better after all and maybe sometimes I let her feel that way.
Sometimes I think she is right. Sometimes I feel like I'm nothing. Useless. Pathetic. I can feel the triumph in her eyes at times when she looks at me and that's what empties me.
Yet out there I see a shining star. Several. Hundreds. Thousands. All reaching out at me. Then I look back and promise I won't let her trip me ever again.
I'll learn to smile, even if I didn't find love.

The last line was because my senior asked me if I found love and I'm like WT_ (nope, I'm not going to write anything there).
Anyway, I'm just writing this one-shot as my first post and yea...I guess this is very relatable in real life for me and for a few others.
Personally, I don't think anyone I know would read this story say hey:) but if you somehow feel that anyone of these one-shots are directed at you, do note:
1. I'm not in love with you (some of the entries are going to be very cheesy)
YOU ARE READING
Relatable One-Shots:)
Short StoryTo everyone I wrote an entry for and for those who need to find light in a dark time. Just remember I'm here for you and if you want, send me your story and I can write it out for you to the best of my ability.
