Addison's POV

"I see how it is?" "Rhett-" he cut me off. "Don't even bother." He stormed out and left me standing there all alone. Then Cody got up to comfort me. "Hey it's ok. I know what really happened and he doesn't. He has to listen to you eventually. Why don't go to the park and catch up?" I nodded.

Time skip.

"Oh and remember we were at that Chinese restaurant and I made you laugh so hard a noodle came out of your nose? That was hilarious." We laughed and laughed for hours. I can't remember the last time I laughed this much. He made me forget about what happened at the cafe. "Well I had thanks Cody. I really needed this."

Cody's POV

I can't remember the last time I saw Addison but I had a lot of free time. I wanted to see her like this again. "We should do this again sometime. Maybe next Friday night?" She turned around smiled and nodded. When she got inside her car I couldn't help but Jim around like I used to when I did something I knew I wouldn't regret. I don't what she's doing to me but I've never felt like this before. She's married though you idiot! I thought this and realized that if her marriage failed I would be the one to comfort her. I would be getting the happy and funny Addison that everyone knew. Rhett would be missing out.

Addison's POV

Walked up to Bianca's house to get Dylane. "Where were you? It's nearly ten." I couldn't help but smile. "I ran into Cody and we went to the park for a little bit." She just rolled her eyes. Then I heard an annoyed ugh from Isabella. "Come on Addison that guy. He's a total stalker!" I jumped to his defense. And to my surprise it was fairly quick. "He is not he's sweet, funny, and he cares!" I went inside grabbed Dylane and went home.
