Entry 8-
Dear Diary,
When I arrived at the hospital, Alyssa's grandparents and her parents were there. They all knew me and loved me...I assumed...so they gave me a hug. ALL of them said how sorry they were that the same thing was happening to me. I thanked them and told them not to worry about me! They had to lie and say I was Alyssa's sibling to get me in. I didn't mind because we were like sisters from another mister. When I got into the room she was asleep, but as soon as she heard my ringtone (I forgot to turn my phone off), she woke up and sang along with it. She coughed and then threw up. Her father then came into the room asking if she was alright. She said she was, but I knew her. She wasn't. I didn't want her to go. As of that moment she had a 1% chance of survival. If she did survive, she wouldn't live past thirty, maybe even twenty. I was horrified, but tried not to show it. Since it was a Friday, I decided to stay overnight. It wasn't like my parents would notice. Besides, they called saying that they were staying at a hotel for the night. **double barf**!
