Chapter 3

We arrive at the venue an hour before the show starts. I bounce in my seat until I see the amount of people that are here. There was about five hundred, I would say. I stopped breathing as I watched even more people arrive. Dahvie watches along with me.

"Jeffree is such a lucky person. I can't even imagine the day that I will have all of these people in front of me," Dahvie said. "It seems so unrealistic."

"It will be true one day. I know that it will be. I believe in you, Dahvie." I say. He smiles and gets out of the car. I take a deep breath and open my door. Dahvie is beside me and supports me as I get out. I am shaky as I walk closer towards the crowd. Dahvie reminds me to stay as calm as possible. I do my best to keep calm.

We both walk forward. I grab for Dahvie's hand and hold it. I need him to hold it. I felt as if I as going to fall from the world if I didn't have hold of his hand. He smiled down at me. I was overcoming a fear of mine right now, and I thought that I was doing exceptionally well.

We round the corner at the venue and I run right into someone who had clearly been to busy with their phone.

"Watch where you are going!" I yell. I pick myself off the ground and wipe the back of my pants. I look up and view who was standing in front of me. "Oh my God, Jayy!"

"Mick?"

"Yeah!" I jump to him and give him a hug.

I breathe in a heavenly scent and I am stunned. He isn't human. He is a vampire. I let go of him and look into his eyes. He says hello, but I am in shock at how lucky I am now. I met someone who I like, and they are finally one of my kind.

"You okay?" He asks. I shake my head.

"Sorry. I spaced out for awhile."

"That's okay." He gave Dahvie a hug. I watch his every move and how graceful he was. He was absolutely perfect. He stares at me with a smirk on his face. "So. I'm guessing you are really distracted?"

I nod my head and laugh. "Sorry. I don't know what it is."

Dahvie chimes in. "I bet I know! It's-" He begins. I slap his chest and knock the wind out of him. He laughs and I smile.

"What was that, Dahvie?" I ask.

"Nothing, nothing at all." He coughs and Jayy giggles. His laugh I adorable, just like his personality.

"You were betting on something," Jayy says. "What was it?" I glare at Dahvie and mentally throw daggers at him. If he spills, his soul is mine. I might just kill him.

"I was betting that Mick. . . Was excited for the concert!"

Jayy smiles at me. "I bet she is, too." He flashes me a brilliant smile and I see the peak of one of his fangs. I protrude my own and smile back. He raises his eyebrow and nods his head. Dahvie clearly has no idea what is going on, so he just watches with interest.

"Is it just me, or do I feel that you both are undressing each other with your eyes?" He asks. I tilt my head to the side, but still watch Jayy.

"Not necessarily. Just watching." Jayy says. I nod my head to agree. Dahvie complains on how he can't know anything and how he stays out of the loop. Hey, that isn't my fault what so ever. Dahvie didn't know what was going through mine or Jayy's head, but I think that he could get a pretty good idea.
