-Nate's POV-

"She didn't want to be sad"

We both just stood there in awkwardness, she wasn't crying but I knew she wanted to, I mean who wouldn't?

She was about to marry the man, but I still couldn't stop myself from thinking about how we could have a chance

The girl her name was Madison, she's about 2 and a half years younger than us, she was about 19 and half years old

She was the same girl from the beach about a couple of years ago, I don't know how we all seemed to move out in the same area

I wanted to hold her and just tell her everything was going to be okay

I couldn't, because she wasn't mine. I messed up and I still regret it after years, everything was suppose to work out great for us

Finish college, end up married, have some babies running around.

I wanted it all with her, but after we broke up everything fell apart and I slowly fell back into my old habits

"Who are you" Madison says looking at Kiin in disgust

I rolled my eyes at the dûmbass, she tries way to hard sometimes.

"No one" Kiin says her voice croaking, she turned around looking at me for a split second until she walked right past me

"You're a fucking dumbass" I said slamming my hand on the table causing everyone to look at us

I fixed up my suit and walked out the door to catch up to Kiin, I looked around to see where she was but no where to be seen

I heard some small sniffles coming from the other side of car, I walked over there quickly to find Kiin sitting on the floor

She was wiping her wet tears that fell from her face, my heart was aching seeing her like this, I squatted down wiping a tear with my thumb

"Can you take me home please" She says looking at me getting up, I cleared my throat and got up

"Are you okay" I ask opening the car door for her getting no response but she gets into the car and ignores me

I closed the door and walked around the car and opened my door and got into the drivers seat

"Are you okay once again I ask" I say feeling concerned about her feelings, she looks at her lip fiddling with the hem of her dress

"I'm fine" She lies, I didn't believe her but I didn't wanna talk here so I started the car

I put her address into the gps and she looked at me confused

"Application" I say reliving her from her confusion, I backed out of the parking and drove to her house

After arriving to her apartment, it looked nice it was white on the outside and I mean it was okay but she'd be better living in my condo

"I'll be good from here" She says making me sigh quietly

"No I'll walk you" I insisted, more like taking no for an answer she rolled her eyes at me

"I don't need your help" She says with a hint of annoyed in her voice

"Wasn't asking" I said giving her a smirk and grabbing her hand and dragging her into the elevator

I wanted to kiss her plump lips and push her up against the wall, I missed her sweet taste in my mouth

I missed all of her.

As we got to the 4 floor she assumed that I was gonna go back but I continued walking wondering where her apartment door was

We finally stopped at a black door that had a white sign that read "334" on it, I looked at her hoping she would let me in.

"I'll be okay from here now, I'll see you tomorrow" She says while unlocking her door giving me a small glimpse of her apartment

"Are you sure, if you need some comfort in here" I say hoping she would let me in and let her express her feelings out to me

"I'm fine" She said bluntly, I looked in her eyes and saw she was lying

"You're lying" I said rolling my eyes, I heard a small groan come from her mouth turning me on instantly

"Well what the hell do you expect me to feel? Some happiness?!" She raises her voices at me throwing her hands in the air

"No but I want you to let me comfort you" I said looking at her brown eyes as my eyes diverted to her lips

Her beautiful addictive lips.

"No, I don't need you" She said making my heart ache from her hurtful words

I scoffed opening her door wider and walking in the house without her permission

She groaned and stood there in shock at my actions, I scanned the room it was a small apartment

It had a big living room with a fire place and big flat screen tv, to the left the kitchen with black cabinets

There were some plants around and a big window that looked out to the neighborhood, the living room had a white couch for 3 people

A black coffee table with magazines and two aloe plants on it, under it had a black carpet, the whole apartment seemed to be black and grey & white theme

The door was closed and Kiin wasn't standing there anymore, I looked around the room until she came out the hall

She removed all of her makeup leaving her in her beautiful natural look, she was wearing some black nike basketball shorts and regular oversized shirt

I stared at her at no work beauty, she didn't have to try and she had me going crazy for her looks

"What?" She says while heading to the kitchen and going to fridge opening the freezer and getting out some ice cream

It was going to be a long night.

Do you guys like this story? It seems kind of happening quickly and I don't be like those fanfiction writers where they're skipping everything quickly

Like dont expect for Nate and Kiin to get married in the next chapter im not moving THAT QUIJCLY.
