Brooke's view
Crap. Tonight is the dance so it's Friday right now. I'm just starring at the clock waiting for school to be over! I bet jessica that no one was going to ask me to go to the dance with them so the bet is on. Because I know that no one will ask me because no one asked me last year so why would they this year? Let's just say that I don't like anyone at this school except my friends (Conner and jessica, are my best friends, Ami, Deanna, and Logan, are just good friends) and of corse my lovely brother (Alec). So only guys that I will go with would be Connor or Logan. Conner's taking Ami, Ami is his girl friend, and Logan is Logan the player at our school so if I went to the dance with him well I would look like a slut which I'm totally not and never will be.
Yes almost there 5....4....3....2....1.... RING!!! YESSSS! Yea! School's out! Friday night here I come.
I Practically ran out of the classroom with everyone else. I went to my locker and started to pack up my things. Wait do I need to bring my math book home?.... Well I'm not going to. Too bad.
"hey sis are you ready" Alec said leaning against the locker next to mine.
"yea, just give me a sec" I said while sipping up the zipper on my backpack and flinging it onto my shoulder. "let's go" we got outside and I fallowed him to the car.
When we finally got home I went strait to my room jumped onto my bed and turned on the TV and started to watch Family Guy. Ha I love this show. As I was watching Maggie doing stuff I guess I really wasn't paying that much attention anyways I herd a knock on my door
"come in" I yelled.
"hey Brooke are you sure you don't want to go?" Alec said walking and siting on my bed with me.
"yea, even if I do go I don't think I will enjoy it that much anyways"
"okay then well I'm leaving then see you later good night" he said getting up and kissing me on my forehead and started to walk towards the door.
"you too" I said smiling at him and then he waved at me and walked out the door.
Well I have no clue what to do so I'm just going to go chat with dad.
"dad where are you" I yelled waiting for an answer.
"in here" dad yelled from the office. I walked into the office and to my surprise there was another person in there.
"uh, hi" I said looking strangely at the guy.
"hi you must be Brooke, I'm Luke's temporary beta, my name is Felix."
He said with his hand out for me to shake but I didn't shake it I just narrowed my eyes at him and I think he got the message because he put his hand down nodded his head and sat down. Who the heck is Luke? What's a beta? Who is he and what is he doing here?
"I'll explain later Brooke" my dad said breaking the silence I just nodded and started to walk out but stopped my self.
"dad I'm going to go to the hang out k?" i said To my dad. "k" my dad said then something that really made me mad was something said to me by mr.dumbass Felix over here "ok let's go."
I raised my eye brow and looked at him like he was growing two heads. Then I looked at him in disgust.
"why are you coming with?" Felix put his hand up in surrender
"because I told him to" my dad said.
"why" I ask suspicion written all over my face.
"I'll tell you when you come back" my dad answered back.
