Okay so me and my crush are only friends because of all the shit that is going on with me an d the cops getting involed. But i told him we could still talk but we can not have a relationship because of what going on and i don't want my mom or dad to press charges against him because he is 17 and talking to a 13 year old. But anyways i was getting into some research about relationships. I looked up if a 17 year old could date a 13 year old without it being illegal. The law says they can date but no sexual intercourse. I took a picture of the screen where it said it's not illegal. He said okay and i said so we can date. But no sexual intercourse.
