Snowy Meeting

The next day I could see the snow coming down from the sky, it was great, but it made me wonder if Midnight would be coming today. I shook my head, he would be here soon, so I might as well get some warmer clothes and head out to introduce myself. I went up to my room and grabbed my nice blue snow outfit and put it on. Then I took the blue bow and pined my hair up in the back. I loved the way it looked in the snow, I loved the way it made me feel warm, and I loved the colors on it. When I was fixing the bow I heard a knock at my door, I don't know who that was, but if it was Jason, I would not go back with him. I walked down to the door and opened it to find three boys. One with blue hair and dark blue eyes, one with blonde hair and light blue eyes, and the other one with dirty blonde hair and dark blue eyes, but not as dark as the first boys.

"Hi," the one with blue hair said.

"Hey," I said back.

"My name's Dante, these are my friends, Garroth and Laurence."

"Oh, well my name's Luna, so do you guys live nearby?"

"We actually live right next door to you," Laurence said.

"Oh, well it's nice to meet you." I smiled bright and looked out towards the street. Across from what I thought to be there house was a girl with black hair, wearing a purple outfit, and a girl with light blue hair.

"Do you guys know those two?" I asked pointing towards them.

"Oh yeah, they're Katelyn and Aphmau, they're are friends," Garroth answered.

"Okay, so just because I'm curios, is there anyone that I should stay away from?"

"Only Zane, but no one else."

"Zane, what's the matter with him?"

"He's evil, but he's always around so I'd watch out."

"Okay, but um..." I looked out towards the street, "Does he have black hair and some of it covering his... right eye?"

"Yeah, how'd you know?" Laurence asked.

"Because's he's the guy coming up the bend to my place." They turned around and ran, that Dante guy waved once he got to the rode. So weird, but cool at the same time. I looked outside, I don't know who the heck they were scared off but, yeah. I walked outside and closed my door to, up to that same guy, he couldn't be that bad.

"Hi," I said.

"Hello," he said back, "You're the new person on this street correct?"

"Yeah, why?"

"Because someone's been calling for your address about a dog."

"Oh, Midnight's here, I guess I didn't really think about that, do you know where he is?"

"The dogs waiting at my house, you can follow me, or I can bring him here."

"Ya know, if you want you can bring Midnight here, he'll need to know some people here."

"Okay." He turned to walk back to his place I think.

"Oh wait! Here take this, it will make Midnight calm and so she knows that you're a good person." I gave him a necklace that had a golden dog on the end of a black chain. It was the only thing left from my parents that I had. I really missed them, but hey... what could you do?

"I'll be back with you dog and this necklace later today."

"Okay, thank you, really." He turned down the street and walked away, I would not be happy if something happened to that necklace. I walked over to where those two girls were. The one with blue hair pulled me down as soon as I got there and the one with black hair built a wall.

"WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON?!?!" I asked.

"We're being attacked by the boys!" One screamed.

"Katelyn I don't think we can win this, we won't be able to win!" The one with black hair said. I peaked my head up and saw that Zane guy coming back with Midnight and my necklace.

"I got this!" I told them, I made a snow ball and threw it in the direction of the boys, "MIDNIGHT FETCH!" Well that part worked, Midnight went right after the snow ball and into the boys side. I saw her turn around and I could hear a small growl.

"MIDNIGHT CHAIN!" I screamed at the last point in time. I heard her bark and run the boys inside. the girls looked at me with this look, like, what. just. happened? I ran out to where Zane and Midnight were.

"Nice throw, you had my brother and his friends running like cats," Zane said.

"Running from a dog, thanks, but my um... the chain?" I said.

"Oh yeah here," He said giving me my chain. At that same time the one of the boys threw a snow ball at me and my necklace fell into one of the sewer vents. I ran after it but it was to late, it already fell threw. I could feel tears down my eyes, I wouldn't let them see me cry. I got Midnight and ran to my house, those boys were nice but... I just-NO! My mom and dad left, I can't say anything about that, they left, I need to forget them, I need to forget them. That night I slept in my bed dreaming about that necklace, and when I woke up in the middle of the night I forgot about it, it. is. gone.
