Justin and I walked over to his house, where we spent most of the day talking. His parents invited me over for dinner, and Ma text and said it was alright. Justin's mom had cooked an amazing 3 course dinner, starting with fresh mashed potatoes. We had just finished the main course, a delicious oven roasted turkey, and were now starting in on a delicious pumpkin pie, a la mode.

"Thank you so much for having me over, Mrs H." I said to Justin's mom. "This pie is delicious." She smiled at me, showing the same dimples as her son. "Oh no problem sweetie! We're excited to know that there's another person out here that's Justin's age. Especially a, um, girl." She said. "Mom!" Justin exclaimed. Justin's dad laughed. "Dad!" Justin pleaded. I couldn't contain a little chuckle. "Now even Call is against me." He said, exasperated. "Awww, poor baby." I said, my voice dripping with sarcasm. I reached over and pinched his cheek. He swatted away my hand, but I could tell he was smiling. The whole table laughed, and even Mrs H was wiping away tears. After dinner, we went upstairs and he showed me how to play some of his video games. Other than that, the whole night was a blur.

On our way back to my house, Justin stopped. "What's wrong?" I asked, turning around. "Callisto, there's something special about you." He said, tilting his head. "Good or bad?" I asked. "I don't know," he started, "but I like it." I smiled, trying desperately not to blush. I looked down at my shoes, hiding my face. I turned, leaning in. Justin coughed awkwardly. "Beat you to the house!" I yelled suddenly, making him jump.

By the time he had made sense of what was happening, I already had several yards of distance between us. Although I was fast, he was faster and quickly caught up. As he passed me, he grabbed me and threw me over his shoulder, like a sack of potatoes. I kicked, but Justin was too strong. "Hey!" I yell, laughing. I tried yelling more, but my long maroon hair kept getting in my mouth

When we reached the grass on my front lawn, he dropped me onto the hammock. We sat there, watching the sun go down over the fields. "How far would you go to see something like this every night?" I asked. He looked at me. "The sunset? I'd go to the moon. But for you?" He asked, his sky blue eyes slicing into my milky green ones.

"To the moon and back."
