Many believe that Ghosts are harmless but they easily be one of the most dangerous things you could encounter. Ghosts are the apparition of a person bound to this world for whatever reason-- Grieving, revenge, protectors-- (Some cases have reported Ghosts possessing humans in order to get their vengeance. But this is rare.) Rock salt shots and iron can make them vanish/repel them but only temporarily. Ghosts cannot cross a line of salt or iron. To defeat a Ghost, you must find what is binding it to the world still --Which is usually some sort of biological remans, but can also be an object or even a person.-- and salt and burn the remains.
