Chapter 4

Nicole P.O.V
Once we were done in the Vans store, we started walking towards the food court. We passed a store that had music playing loudly so I stopped and started dancing like the weirdo I am. Isabel thought it would be funny to trip me and me being the klutz I am fell, I closed my eyes waiting for the impact of the ground but instead felt strong arms wrap around me.

Dana P.O.V
Cole and I were at the mall shopping and just hanging out when we passed a store with god music playing. I saw the most beautiful girl dancing and just having fun which made her even more beautiful if that was even possible. I then saw her friend or I'm assuming it was her friend trip her and since Cole and I were standing pretty close to them she fell right into my arms. She opened her closed eyes with a confused look on her face probably wondering why she was in my arms. Her dark brown eyes met with my brown ones and we just stared at each other as if there was no one else around us. I heard Cole cough causing the girl to stand up and leave my arms.

"Uhh, thanks for catching me" the girl said
"Oh yeah, um no problem" I replied awkwardly "I'm Dana by the way"
"I don't wanna say I know who you because that might sound creepy but I'm a big fan of you guys" she said referring to me and Cole
"Do you have a name Miss. Fan girl?" I asked trying to regain my confidence
"Nicole, and I'm not a fan girl" she replied giggling. It was honestly the cutest thing ever. I heard a cough come from behind making Nicole turn around

"Oh and that is my best friend Isabel" Nicole said. I noticed that Cole was staring at Isabel in shock and Isabel was doing the same to him. She was pretty but not as pretty as Nicole, I mean I still couldn't get over how pretty she was. It honestly blows my mind, and from the looks of it she doesn't wear any makeup which in a way makes me more attracted to her.

"Cole and I are headed to Stir Crazy for an early dinner,  if you guys would like to join us" I asked hoping she would say yes so I could get to know her better

"Are you sure? We don't-" she was cut off by Cole

"We are positive, it will give us a better chance to get to know each other" Cole said still not looking away from Isabel. Nicole turned to look at look at Isabel as if asking if she wanted to before Isabel spoke up

"Yeah that sounds like a great idea" Isabel replied as the four of us started to make our way towards Stir Crazy.

Nicole P.O.V

**skipping over them eating**

Isabel and I just left the mall after hanging out with Dana and Cole for awhile. Before we left Dana asked for my number and it was adorable because he seemed so nervous, Isabel and Cole also exchanged numbers which is good because that means that Isabel is finally over her piece of shit ex-boyfriend who cheated on her three times before she found out.  When we got home it was about 6:15 so we both decided to put on our pajamas since we weren't doing anything else tonight, I got changed into a pair of black yoga pants and a cheerleading t-shirt with the sleeves cutoff and Isabel changed into a pair of sweatpants and a soccer t-shirt.   

"Nicole, do you think that Cole could actually like me?" Isabel asked out of nowhere as we were sitting on my couch trying to figure out what to watch on Netflix

"Did you see the way he was looking at you? There is no doubt that he already has a thing for you" I reply

"What are you talking about? He wouldn't stop looking at his phone the whole time" she said

"Yeah because he was taking pictures of you Iz" I told her laughing

"And how do you know that?" she asked

"Dana told me" I replied

"Speaking of Dana..." Izzy said smirking

"It's nothing I mean look at him and then look at me" I reply

"Oh don't you go there, he couldn't keep his eyes off of you and he kept standing so close to you and when you fell into him I'm pretty sure he didn't want to let you go" Isabel said with a smirk once again.

"Oh shut up" I replied hiding my face in a pillow that was on my couch to hid my blush "Lets just find something to watch" I said grabbing the remote and searching through Netflix. We decided to watch Stuck in Love since it's a good movie and since Nat Wolff and Logan Lerman are amazing. We were about halfway through the movie when my phone went off letting me know I got a message. I looked at phone to see a message from an unknown number

Unknown: Hey Nicole, its Dana

Nicole: hey Dana, what's up?

Dana: Nothing really Cole and I are bored and we were wondering what you and Isabel are up to

Nicole: Isabel and I are just sitting on my couch watching Netflix if you guys want to come over and hangout

Dana: yeah sounds cool just text me your address

Nicole: *insert address here*

Dana: okay see you in like 15 minutes

Nicole: okay see you then

I decided not to tell Isabel because I didn't want her to worry about how she was dressed so I decided to just put my phone down and continue watching the movie. 15 minutes later there was a knock on my front door indicating that the boys were here. I turned to Isabel who was looking at me with a confused look on her face wondering who it could be since my parents were out of town on a business trip and my sister was away at college. I smirked at her before going to open the door to let Dana and Cole inside.

"Hey guys" I said as I opened the door

"Hey Nicole" Dana said pulling me into a warm hug as he walked in behind Cole. I walk back into the living room with Dana following closely behind me to see that Cole had taken my spot on the couch next to Isabel but I didn't care because they were cute.

"I'm gonna go get some snacks, Nicole come help me" Isabel said dragging me into my kitchen "Dicole!?" Isabel said using the nickname she got from a kid at her grandmas daycare that couldn't pronounce  my name

"Iz, its not a big deal, they wanted to hangout with us so I invited them over" I replied

"Why didn't you tell me? I look like shit, I would've at least changed out of my sweats" she replied

"That's why I didn't tell you, who cares how you look. Cole obviously likes you so just be yourself" I respond grabbing a bag of chips out of the cabinet as Isabel grabbed four water bottles "Now smile, relax and have fun" I told as I began to walk out of the kitchen, she nodded and followed behind me.
