A/N: I'm so sorry I haven't updated in so long! I've been kinda busy lately. I'm also sorry that these are so short. This may be the last chapter. Also tw: bullying is mentioned.
In 8th grade you started to get picked on and bullied. At first you ignored it because the insults were just words and they weren't even good insults to be honest. After a few months, things started to escalate and get physical.
The main bully, Tyler, started it. He would push you down then knock the books out of your hands, push you into lockers and say rude things while his friends watched and laughed, he would sometimes hit you too, but that was a rarity. In other words, he was a dick. His friends would often do worse things than he would.
Josh, Tyler's best friend, would only say rude things to you. He wasn't too terrible with the insults either. They were kind of lame, honestly. The worst out of the three of them was Ashley. She would hit you, punch you, pull your hair, and sometimes she'd kick you. It's safe to say that she was the reason for most, if not all, of your bruises.
The day you came home with a black eye and some other bruises was when your mom, Mark, and even Tom started to ask questions. It took a while but you had eventually told them about Tyler, Josh, and Ashley. Your mother and Tom both said to tell the principal or a teacher but Mark didn't respond. He just looked angry and went to his room. 'What's up with him?' You thought.
Well, the next day you found out what was "up" with him. At school, during lunch he went to Josh, Ashley, and Tyler to ask them to stop bullying you and to apologize. Josh immediately looked upset and got up to go apologize but Ashley pulled him back. She glared at Josh and turned to Mark. She said "Why should we stop bullying her? Your sister is a total looser!" This angered Mark to no end.
"You guys don't see what happens when you bully her. Do you?" He asked. Tyler and Josh looked up, slightly confused.
"Why should we care? We don't like her. And she's annoying" Ashley scoffed, not seeing Mark's anger. What she said only made Mark angrier.
"She comes home bruised and upset because of you guys! How does that make you feel?" Mark said, raising his voice.
Josh looked very shocked and said, almost in a whisper, "She has bruises from you guys?" He looks over to Tyler and Ashley. "What do you guys do to her?"
Tyler looks concerned and shakes his head slightly. "I didn't mean to hurt her that much. Ashley this has gone too far." Ashley's face hasn't changed. It's still mean and hard.
"I'm not apologizing to your lame, dorky little sister because I don't feel bad." This pissed Mark off more than anything else she had said.
"I want to apologize," Josh said quietly but still loud enough to hear.
"Yeah," Tyler agreed. Mark became less angry at what they said and replied, "Maybe after school you can come apologize."
"Wow. Your entire family is full of losers!" Ashley scoffed, rolling her eyes. Mark looked extremely angry after she said this and, without thinking, hit her in the face. This caused her to hit back. The next thing anyone knew a full fight broke out. Kids were yelling, Josh and Tyler ran and got the principal and the nurse, it was chaos until the principal got there.
"HEY!" He yelled trying to make his way in between Mark and Ashley, trying to break them up. Eventually he got them apart and stopped them.
"You two! My office! NOW!" The principal, Mark, Ashley, and the nurse all left. Leaving everyone to stand around confused as to what had actually happened.
~~10-20 minutes later~~
Mark and Ashley both got suspended for two days and they had to go home early. After school, Tom picked Y/N up instead of her just going home with Mark. When they got home, Tom told her what had happened with Mark and Ashley. She was touched that Mark would get suspended for her. Josh and Tyler came and apologized as well. Y/N forgave them and they became friends. Not best friends, but friends none the less. Mark got yelled at for getting in and starting a fight but when he stated his reasoning he was slightly forgiven. Ashley eventually came around and apologized but it seemed a little forced. They didn't become friends. But Ashley did stop bullying Y/N.
Y/N finished the school year with new friends and good grades. So I guess it ended well. THE END
