"Marinette, will you marry me?" Adrien asked, down on one knee. In his palm, he held the most beautiful white ring in a velvet box, and my heart just burst. "Yes! Of course I will Adrien, yes!" I squealed. His gorgeous emerald eyes gazed up at me happily. "Marinette?" his mouth moved but someone else's voice came out. "Marinette, get up!" I sat up in bed, fully awake. Of course it was a dream. Tikki hovered over my face expectantly. "Morning, Tikki," I yawned. She flew to my closet and began to pick an outfit for me. "Patrolling went pretty late last night, huh?" I asked, standing up and stretching. "I'm just glad you didn't use Lucky Charm. My energy was sapped already," she said. "Not to mention my partner is a complete hairball who would rather flirt than fight crime," I laughed. A pile of clothes hovered over to my bed and Tikki tossed them I'm front of me. "Another Adrien-worthy outfit?" I asked. "You won't be disappointed," she giggled.

(Adrien's POV)
The worst thing to wake up to in the morning is the smell of rotting cheese. Well, welcome to life with Plagg. "Plagg, get that stuff out of my room! It's like smelling a dead corpse every day," I groaned, sitting up in bed. "Well I can't eat in the kitchen, the cooks are there, and super early, too. I barely get enough time to sneak some back here," he grumbled, shoving some blue cheese into his mouth. "I wonder if Ladybug's miraculous is this hard to deal with," I thought to myself. "Adrien, I'm coming in," I heard Natalie outside my door. Plagg hurriedly hid in my sock drawer as Natalie walked in. She handed me my tablet. "Your schedule for today, and your father says he won't be here for dinner tonight, he has an important associates meeting tonight. Breakfast is on the table, car is ready when you are." She finished her business and left. I sighed. Plagg's head poked out of the drawer and he said, "Aw, why so glum, Monsieur? Is it Ladybug, and your unreturned affection?" I got out of bed, and rummaged through my closet for an outfit. "I've been spending a lot of time with her, well trying to, and the more I do, the more I want to know what's under the mask. I understand why she doesn't want to, but I just know we're meant for eachother." I sigh, my mind instantly recalling her jet black ponytails, contrasted against her sky blue eyes. "Well, you better think about it on the way to school, unless you want to be late," Plagg said dully, bringing me back from my daydream. "Yes, right," I said, and grabbed my ring from the shelf. "Another day in the life of Cat Noir."
