Character's full name: Michiko Hana

Age: 18 (Nezumi will be 20 and Shion is 18 as well in the rp)

Jewelry: Mother's ring, three earrings on each side and one cuff on each ear

Other accessories: buckle around her neck, black gloves that go to her elbows,

Personality: Michiko is a little bit like nezumi as she has a cold personality, and has to with the profession she has as emotions feel like a burden to her when trying to complete a job. This girl is all about being a smart ass to those she really wants to get under the skin of, and talking back shouldn't be new to those who know her. With her job the female has been shown to be ruthless as children that end up being a target doesn't seem to go against moral code. She believes if a parent with a child has to die that it better for the child to be with said parent instead of suffering and being alone. It's rare for her to show an ounce of compassion for people, but for animals it isn't so the dogs that the dog keeper has gets smothered with her admiration for the species. No one knows her past and when anyone tries to pry she tends to threaten straight away giving her very little patience for people unless they're her targets then shes willing to stalk and wait for the perfect chance to kill.  Michiko could care less about having book smarts, but after escaping from captivity she started to quickly develop street smarts in order to survive.

Hobbies: Hacking into computers from chronos, cleaning her weapons, target practice, and helping out the dog keeper

Talents/skills/powers: Has enhanced vision in the eye that is covered up, and can see further then someone with perfect vision, can also shoot at any angle hitting where she needs too

Most prized possession: Her first sniper gun and her mother's ring which is a purple stone with a blue center

Biggest/other regrets: Shooting a child to end its suffering

Biggest accomplishment: Killing a guy who was second in charge of the government

Character's darkest/deepest secret:  Sometimes she gets excited when killing especially if its up close and not using a gun.

What does the character want out of life: To be in control or have the government kissing her shoe out of fear

What motivates this character: To kill everyone in the government someday

Relationships with other characters: dog keeper(inukashi) she helps him out with keeping the hotel in shape by fixing it up in return he gives her information about the people she has to kill in the area

Past History: Michiko had a decent childhood until she was taken at a young age from her parents along with other children to be experimented on. They wanted to create super weapons to fight or assist in any up coming wars, so they would experiment on children to see what would be successful for soldiers or turning kids into them if the experiments were successful. Due to children being young, and there being a better use for them those who took Michiko killed her family in cold blood for that reason especially since her parents were putting up a fight to keep Michiko from going with.  After being taken from home the scientists began putting the children through numerous experiments to see what ones would be successful taking into account of their genes, gender, appearance just anything that would cause any success.  All the experiments except for one was a success, however, it didn't fully work as intended. In one eye, she is able to see greater distances then other humans, but it is only in the one eye as it even changed color due to what was done to it. Scientists couldn't figure out why the experiment was only half successful, but decided to make due with it especially since the other experiments failed.  The strong survive was what she was taught, and so she was trained to use her eye to it's fullest potential along with weapons such guns with and without scopes etc.  Eventually she had locked away most of her emotions of joy and sorrow during this time of her life as the two didn't seem to matter much especially when there was little hope for her.  That little shred of faith that she did began to grow a bit as she started thinking of strategies to escape anger also fueling this desire.   One day it did happen and Michiko escaped to the West Block and began to get her life back together. As she began to grow up, having her freedom back Michiko began allowing herself to feel sorrow and joy, however she didn't know true happiness when it came to people. The only kind of joy she got was out of eliminating a target, being paid, and spending that money. Sorrow was something she had a hard time to express as well because for humans she didn't see a need to shed any tears, unless it came to the death of a child she felt forced to take. Other times feeling sad for her was due to the death of a dog as Michiko believed that dogs were pure compared to people.  She became an assassin and "hunted" where no one could see her or know it was her.  She still wants to go splatter the blood of those who control No.6. and this was her ultimate goal which is to bring the government down, take control so she could get everything she deserve, and make those who made her suffer feel that but 5X the amount.
