Past: Around the age of 12 her dad became a pimp and prostituted her mother. When toshiko began going into puberty her father had clients who wanted a younger piece of ass. Most of the time he was involved with the mafia to make bigger bucks. Her father didn't want to put her through that since she was his daughter and as a result he was killed. Toshiko had witnessed the conversation that went on before her father was killed. She was traumatized hearing the gun shot and hearing the splatter of blood. She hid during the time of this and when they found her she freaked. She managed to get a gun and killed the men that tried to take her. After that her psycho pass increased dramatically. Around the age of 16 her mother left her after a man swept her off her feet. was alone and needed money. She began to do exotic dancing however would never let any man touch her feeling that none of that trash deserved too. A lot of the times they would take her to the back rooms in the clubs. She would kill them, and take their money however make it look like someone else did the murder. She was sly and cunning plus using her looks to get what she wanted is how she got through life. Eventually she was caught by an undercover officer who had come to investigate the murders that went on in that club.. However, seeing her abilities and way she assassinated they decided to recruit her as an enforcer thinking she be a great assets with catching criminals the way she did. She also had a way with weapons and finding the smallest details to lead them to the criminals.
