Reader Pov

It was a cool breezy day in Japan as I was snapped out of my day dreaming by my teacher who slammed his ruler on my desk.
"Sorry sensei." I said as I paid attention for the rest of the class.

I signed as I stood up as the bell rang for the end of class and headed out. As I walked out the classroom I saw kise running away from his fangirls again. Trying to avoid them I start walking hoping to get away from them. As I'm walking one of his fangirls knock into me and stepped on my ankle.
"Owww.." I hissed in pain as I looked up at the fangirl who act like nothing happened.
You noticed Kise stopped running and turned back around to help you up.
"(F/n)chiiiii!!!!" Kise shouted
You looked up at him and back down to your ankle and sighed as he held his hand out. But what surprised you was that he was carrying you bridal style making you blush bright red.
"K-kise... Please put me down." You asked. He just shook his head
"No (y/n)chiiiii. Your hurt and I will carry you."
Kise carried you to the nurses office and set you down on on the bed. You secretly like the copy cat of the Generation of the miracles but too shy to show it. Kise walked to the nurses cabinet and took out a bandaging tape and started to wrap your ankle. You started to turn a shade of pink as he held your ankle.

Kise POV
'Wow (y/n)chii is so Kawaii when she blushes' I say in my head as I couldn't help but stare at her without realizing.
"U-um kise is everything okay?"
She asked as she looked down at me.
Now it was my turn to blush I shook my head as I continued to wrap her ankle. I was finished wrapping her ankle and stood back up.
"Thank you ki-."
She started to say as I leaned in a pecked her on her forehead. I stepped back and smiled at her.
"Wahhhh (y/n)chii is so cute." I practically screamed as she turned bright red.

Reader POV
'W-what just happened?' I said to myself as I kise just stood there with a grin on his face as he leant in close to my ear and whispered "
"I like you (y/n)chii."
After that I swear I felt like my heart was about to come out of its chest.
I swallowed as I managed to say
"I-I like you too ki-." He stopped me by pressing his lips to mine and pulled away.
"Ryota." Was all he said as he smiled at me.

"Come on (y/n)chii it's getting late we should go." Kise said
I nodded as he knelt down and allowed me to ride on his back due to my ankle.
"Thank you Ryota." I said softly as I started to doze off on the way back home.
"No problem (y/n)chii." Kise said as he kept walking forward.
