The Creation of Twin Fairies

Arrival

     In Never Land, a Scout Talent fairy called out, saying that she saw a a laugh in Never Land, and wanted to make sure that it had made it's way to the Great Tree. As the pair of Fast-Flying talent fairies found the new laugh, they noticed another laugh following right behind the first one. No one had ever seen two laughs making their way into Never Land together before. Deciding that this was extraordinary occurrence, the pair of Fast-Flying talent fairies decided to split up and get more help as well as warn the Dust-Talent fairies to prepare for two this time. They wanted to make sure that there was enough Pixie dust to make them both into fairies.

     Queen Clarion had heard the wonderful news, and wanted all of Pixie Hallow to be prepared for this sudden arrival of new fairies. All of the fairies gathered, excited and buzzing with anticipation. As the Fast-Flying talent fairies herded the laughs to the Great Tree every fairy's murmuring fell silent. One was a Sunflower seed, and the other was an Eustoma seed. They landed side-by-side as the two Dust-Talent fairies lined up behind them. Both of the fairies poured the glittering Pixie dust on the two seeds, and the two seeds exploded in a flurry of yellow and purple sparkles, as the sparkles of light drifted towards the floor two very different fairies were born.

     The first fairy was wearing a yellow one shoulder dress, that faded into many sunflower petals towards the bottom. It was a short dress, with a brown sash that had a little sunflower on the left side. The new fairy stood, she had long blonde hair and eyes like the light blue sky of spring. She looked around, shimmering a light golden color and looked at the other fairy beginning to stand. The other fairy had jet black hair and beautiful hazel eyes. Her arrival dress was a dark purple. It had a sweet-heart top, and was also a short dress. The skirt of her dress layered like the petals of an Eustoma flower and had three little yellow dots on the right side of the white sash. Both of the new fairies looked at each other, and then looked at everyone watching them.

     Queen Clarion greeted both of the new fairies, "Born in laughter, clothed in cheer, happiness has brought you here." She looked over both of the new fairies and then she signaled to the fairies to place their items on the ten mushrooms that appeared. " Welcome to Pixie Hollow girls." Each group of fairies lay an item on their mushroom and then backed away.

     Both of the new fairies looked at the Queen, confused at what they were suppose to do. She gestured at the first mushroom and the fairies approached it. The both walked up to the same mushroom at the same time. As the girls went around to each of the items, each of them fell in turn signaling that those were not either of the girls talents.

     As the girls continued to the last couple of items, Queen Clarion noticed something about the girls. She tried not to look flustered, but she became worried when she confirmed that neither of the new fairies had wings. The girls passed the last item, the Tinkers' Hammer and it too slowly drifted down. All the fairies gasped as the two didn't have talents or wings. Some of the fairies panicked and fled other sat still with horrified expressions plastered to their faces.
