The Next Day

I woke up to the annoying alarm clock going off. It seemed as if it was louder today than most days. I opened my eyes to see that Niall wasn't in bed.
I looked around the room to see where he was. I saw a note on the door that said: "Good morning love, I went to Starbucks to get you a Java Chip Frappuccino, I'll be back in a little bit. Don't worry love, I'll be home before you leave for dance. Can't wait to see your gorgeous morning look love. - Niall xx"

Aw how sweet, Niall knows my favorite Starbucks drink! Well I guess I'll get ready for dance, and then I'll head off. I put my black sports bra on, my black spanks, my sweat pants, and my jacket. I put my hair in a messy bun, put some base on, some mascara, and grabbed my bag and met Niall in the kitchen.

"I never thought you'd get up sleepy." Niall said winking at me.
"Oh hush it, I was just getting ready." I laughed as I grabbed my drink.
"You need to hurry before you're late for dance babe!"
"Thank you for reminding me! Thank you for the coffee by the way."
"Wait! Are things going to be okay with you and Zack, Cassie?"
"Things will be fine. Even during our duet we'll be okay, don't worry babe. But I got to go, I'll call you whenever I get done with dance." I ended that sentence by kissing Niall and walking out the door with my drink.

I had totally forgotten about Zack! Things will be okay, right? I just hoped that we will work things out. I hoped in the car, started the engine, and headed to dance thinking about our duet.

I pulled up to the Radio City Studio to see Zack waiting for me, well I think he's waiting for me. I parked my car and walked up to Zack, scared of what he would do. Instead of yelling at me, he held my hand and we started talking about all this stuff that happened. I hadn't told him about Niall yet, because... Well, I'm kinda scared to.

We had four dances till our duet, and we both got the news, we couldn't bare.
