I woke this morning to paragraphs on my phone from different people which was really cute. I thanked everyone and so on, but right now I was getting ready to go get breakfast with ashley.tyler and Mia were at preschool and baby Brandon is at Ashley's mother house.

I got dressed in a red shirt dress type thingy and some black huaraches ( in mm)

I made it to the restaurant, Ashley was already there waiting for me. I walked in and saw her sitting at a table looking down at her phone.

I walked over there and sat down in front of her. " hey " she looked up at me and smile.

Ashley: hey bish, it's about damn time."

I chuckled " whatever "

Ashley: so how you doing and niece doing."

" we're fine and that little girl is a mess ."

She chuckled and shook her head.

" what about Tyler and baby Brandon?"

Ashley: they good "

" that's good , I miss yall tho like I've been so busy lately with school and photo shoots , I haven't been able to see yall I barely even spend time with Mia. "
Ashley: don't worry I get where you're coming from I've been busy too. Boys are always with their dad or my mother."

I nodded

Ashley: but what's going on with you and Jason?"

" nun much were taking everything slow. We've been on dates and stuff like that. The regular."

Ashley: he seems like a nice guy though I hope he really is."

" yeah he's cool, but did you and Marvin talk again since that day at the basketball court?"

Ashley: yeah we have he meet my boys and everything."

" oh wow that's nice so you like him ?"

Ashley: girl he is so sweet, but have the Jason met Mia as yet?"

" nope not yet but I'm actually thinking about letting them meet tonight. Hes probably going to come over tonight and she'll be there so I might as well."

Ashley: true so what's up with you and August? "

" nothing much just co-parenting nothing more nothing less. "

She nodded.

So me and ashley spent the whole day together so far and now I was on my way to August house to pick up Mia.

I finally pulled up and got out the car. I walked up to the door and knocked. He came after a few seconds and open it letting me in.

I follow Him through living room where Mia was doing her homework I guess.

She saw me and got up she came running to me.

Mia: mommy!"

I lift her up and she gave me a kiss on my cheek.

Mia: happy v- day!"

" Awww thank you baby " I gave her a kiss back on her cheek.

She wiggle in my arm Indicating that she wanted to go down. So I put her down. She ran over back to were she was and picked up a piece of paper and came back over to me.

Mia: here you go mommy!"
She handed me a piece of paper which said "happy V day mommy I love you!" with hearts in red crayon and some flowers. It was so cute. I looked over at August who was leaned up against the wall with a slight smile on his face.
