Why Is There So Much Bad Boy/Good Girl writing?

There is literally so much good girl/bad boy writing on Wattpad it actually fucking annoys me holy shit.

Like, I used to enjoy it, and now everyone's doing it. No originality. Zero.

Some of them are literally fucking into pet play, I just won't even NAME them, just because I feel generous.

Can we just, like, get shy boy (any gender, really)/bad girl (any gender)??? Bc we get 0 of that fucking shit.

And some of them, like I said LACK originality, like ethnical originality. (No racial diversity which makes me cry), no gender diversity or sexuality diversity.

Like its so fucking sad to read a book probably written by a cis pubescent teenager who probably thinks everyone in the world is white, cis and straight. Sad and pathetic, trust me.

OH! don't forget when the heroine wants to 'get by highschool unoticed'. Listen, sweetheart, you're going to be remembered one way or another, it's fucking impossible to not be noticed.
