While Walter and Ashley were enjoying their night out, Piggy was at the boarding house giving EVERYONE an earful.
"HOW DARE HE??" She roared. "MOI TOLD THE KID TO BE NICE TO HER, NOT BE ASK HER OUT!"
"Piggy," Kermit said calmly, trying to reason with her. "She's a pretty girl. She's gonna get that. Walter's a good kid. She'll be okay."
"Yeah hamhocks!" Floyd called from the kitchen. "Me and Jan would let Kylie go out with whoever she wanted to, give her a break!"
"It's true. I mean, they let me have her." Teeth chuckled.
"See Piggy? We're a family. We trust each other. She'll be fine with Walter."
Piggy didn't say anything else. She just stormed up to her room with the pink door and slammed it.
It wasn't really the fact that Ashley went on a date with WALTER that was making her mad.
She was mad because her 14 year old niece was getting more dates than she was.
Ever since Kermit and her broke up, anything that's happened for her romantically has been an attention getter for the show. None of it was real.
In truth, she missed him. She missed how flustered he'd get when she'd do something wrong. She missed how sweet he was when she would get upset. She missed him more than anyone knew.
But that was her secret.
And no one would ever know.
