I wasn't even ten months old.
You became an angel and flew.
Don't you know I've always wanted to fly,
To go some place and hide?
That night, you knew it was your last.
Why couldn't you at least take a picture with me?
At least prove that you loved me?
For the past thirteen years, I couldn't even say the word mom.

I was just a baby girl.
All this time I've been mad at you.
I hated you, you know.
But now that I've accepted you left me,
I can't help but cry for you.

I wish I knew you.
I wish I could've made you proud.
But I'm not happy.
Nor am I smart, pretty, or skinny.
